I stopped in just to get an oil change and to have them check out a "jingly noise" coming from under the car, and was in a bit of a rush. I pick up my children from school in the afternoons and needed to be on the road as possible. Not only did they track down the noise, they saw that my brake pads would be needed to be changed soon. Me, being a single mother and on a tight buget, i was worrrid about the cost of course. The Car Guys took me back and showed me how much brake pad was left and that they were stil safe for a little while. Whew!! Trevor and Danny made sure I was on the road with plenty of time to spare. I will definitely be back to get the brake pads put on there. Its comforting to know there is a honest place to take my car in the area.

Very honest and ethical business. My check engine light came on this am while driving to work. When I called to book an appt they offered to have me bring the car by in the pm so they could read the code ahead of time to learn what the problem was. They were able to clean something that was causing a sensor to read in error. They would not take any money for doing this even though they had spent some time working on the car! Once last year they did a minor repair for much less than the car dealer would have and Id meant to write a nice review then but didnt follow through. I promised myself I would write this up tonight and will bring the car back whenever it needs repairs in the future.

: I had a tuning problem with my new corvette. The manufacturer of the super charger my home repair shop had installed recommended I take it to "THE CAR GUYS" repair and performance shop in Brighton, MI. It was a 150 mile drive but the results were well worth it. Whether building a race car or repairing your old pickup truck they will fix it right.I was very impressed and would recommend them highly. Their equipment is of a much higher caliber than you usually see and the prices were surprising reasonable. My car runs perfectly. It was tuned on their dyno and runs great.

My car broke down a few months ago while I was at school in lansing (far from home) I had to have it towed and decided to have my car taken to them, i was afraid I wouldnt have my car to get to school for the week but they had it done THE NEXT DAY! Being a young woman in college I need my car and they made sure it was good to go as fast as possible, they even called me after a few days to check in and make sure things were still going smoothly for me! Dealt with these guys a couple of times. I love that they are so trustworthy. Took my car in to get a bearing replaced and they said since it was a front end bearing, it would need an alignment too. That made sense to me. Turns out they didnt need to do the alignment after all and didnt charge me. I know that seems like something you would expect from a service shop. But, I wouldnt have known that they didnt need to do the alignment. Thats integrity.

A friend of mine works there so thats how I was informed of them and decided to go to them. I had a coolant problem and had to replace my radiator. I was afriad that I wouldnt have my car for a few days and not being able to get to work. They had my car fixed and ready to go in approximately four hours! Great service and Im very thankful for it.
