Nice guys, but I dont think Ill be back. I purchased a set of tires from an online retailer and had North Hall Tire mount/balance them for me. I give the keys to one of the tire installers and they pulled the car around to the lift. I was outside and I hear the engine being revved. I look around the corner to see the car and there are a couple 20-something guys messing with stuff on my dash. Why do you have to rev the engine after the car is on the lift... as in the car is stationary... not moving? Why do you need to call your buddy over to prop up on my door and look at my dash? Then they noticed me staring at them and they got to work. I get the car back and the seat had been adjusted (not for leg room) and the radio station was changed. Really? You drove the car 26 feet from a parking spot to the shop. You need to change the radio station and adjust the lumbar support for that short of a drive? I guess this goes to show that you get what you pay for. Ill give the few extra dollars next time for professional service and reassurance that my car will not be treated like its on the set of "Fast and the Furious".

I bought tires from them. Service was ok. After a few months passes. My front end seemed to be steering itself at times. Went back for front alignment and told service writer about it and asked they take s good look at my front end. Honda Odyssey. I even went out and spoke to the very young mechanic and told him same thing. Later after I drove off it started same problem. I stopped in a mechanic shop and found that one of the two bolts in the a frame was gone and the other was hanging halfway out. So the whole wheel assemble was about to fall off. Went back and service writer apologized and offered a free oil change like that would cure his mechanic incompetence. This could easily caused a death. Never going back there.

Done business with this place here and there over the years when its needed. All the way from purchase and installation of a set of tires down to something as simple as a wheel weight, this is a great place with good staff and always quick to help. There was one time I came in after calling about a certain set of tires for an old Firebird of mine and they had sold them before I was able to get there. But a tire shipment rolled in within an hour and they hooked me up with a different set and even discounted the price a little for the trouble. A+

My wife and I went to two different places to get quotes on tires for her car. Compared apples to apples on tire size and brand. They not only beat the prices of the others we visited but were very helpful and polite. Best part is they beat the other quotes before they knew I had them. It was the first time I had done any business with North Hall Tire but will be back and send as many people as I can to them. Friendly service, great prices... It will be worth it to pay them a visit.

The staff are very friendly! The are very good and helping you figure out what services your vehicle actually needs. I went in thinking that my vehicle needing new brakes and I was prepared to pay the high cost to get them changed. I was told after they examined my vehicle that my brakes were fine and in good condition. They could have just did what I was asking and get the money from me but they didnt. This act really established trust with me.

Went here first time the other day. Needed a tire to replace one with a bulge in it. They were quick and the price was very reasonable for a new tire. My only complaint, they advertise "over 3000" used tires on hand. When I asked about a used tire, I was quickly told they dont have any in stock. I find it hard to believe they stock that many used tires, and dont have a single one. Anyways, service was fine other than that.

Dusty actually let me use one of their tools to take my lug nuts off my audi which was stranded on the side of the road and bring it back to him. Who does that?! They were slammed on a Saturday morning but had me in and out within twenty minutes. These guys are some hard workers and after the way they have treated me they have a customer for as long as I live in this area. Thanks guys.

Went the one tuesday to get two tires everything was fine until my wheel feel off they had forgotten to tighten my lug nuts on one side and now I have to buy new rotor 55.45 wheel 159.99lower control arm that can only be bought in pairs 209.99 and my front bumper is really messed up. Will never go back there again unless they can make thing right lucky I didnt crash my car

The people at North Hall Tire were very accommodating and able to get my tires swapped cheaply. However, one of the servicemen who changed my tires seemed to be having a hard time and damaged the outer edge of my wheel quite badly. Never heard bad things from North Hall Tire before maybe I came on a bad day.

We were visiting from out of town & North Hall Tire took the time to diagnose some re-occurring issues we had on our vehicles. They provided excellent service at a great price. We couldnt be happier with our experience there! My husbands opinion is they operate well above a 5 star business!

They are awesome are not usually busy but today I had a screw in my tire stop by and they were packed took care of me in 5 minutes so I wouldnt be late for work really appreciate it thank you so much awesome people and would recommend it to everybody thanks for being a lifesaver

Great service and even better workers. The owner, Mike, got us in and Justin helped my wife out with an issue she was having on her car. Justin was really polite and knew his stuff. Mike is as good as they come and goes above and beyond to make sure everything works out.

I went to this place to get an alignment and tire rotation. I left the shop with 2 scratched up wheels, greasy steering wheel and door handles, came in with 4 nice tire caps and left with 3. And alignment still NOT right, my truck is still pulling to the left.
