This place is a joke. Very friendly but when I go to a mechanic, I am looking for them to actually repair my vehicle. Grahams sent me to this place twice to repair the brakes on my vehicle. The first time, I was informed that the booster, brake caliper, and front brakes were repaired/replaced. I had marked the booster that had been in the vehicle initially and shockingly, the marks are still there which means the booster was never replaced. They claim now that they never replaced the booster. And after two attempts to get them to repair my brakes, I have given up on them. The vehicle shakes violently while going 65mph down the highway, the brakes smoke, and the engine loses power. But these guys cannot figure out the issue to actually repair it. If you want friendly people who pretend to be mechanics, go here. If you want an actual mechanic to fix your car, head somewhere else (just not Pep Boys cause they will overcharge you...lol).

Simple oil change left 8 inch spot after 1 hour in the driveway. I cant believe they let the car drive away with it leaving a pool like that. Took it back the next morning and they "fixed" it only to have plastic splash plate start flapping 10 miles down the road. Checked under the car and only 1 bolt (out of 7) was bolted in. Nice work guys. Did you miss "bolt day" in mechanic school?

Very pleased, we needed a new starter on our 2000 Dodge Caravan, my husband thought he could do it and it was too big a job. He took the van with the part to them and they repaired it very reasonably. We took the van back this morning for more work to be done.
