As the previous review states - this company will waste your time and money without thinking twice. I had my car towed to Loganville auto center after receiving an estimate for a small repair. Informing the employee of every single detail of the repair twice (phone calls recorded & forwarded to the BBB), it seems as if the employee left his hearing aid at home. The car was towed to their location on a Friday afternoon, and upon Loganville Auto Center receiving my car, another employee called to ask about its current condition. Re-informing them for a third time, he pretended to understand. [A mechanics "pseudo-intellectual manipulation tactic", im sure] - copied verbatim from a How-To tutorial, or Minor Vehicle Repairs for Dummies After tying up a few hours of my time, handing over $100 for a tow, and after they had my car for 2 days - I receive a call Monday morning "uhhh we aint workin on this", an elderly, confused, and incompetent employee mumbles. Upon asking why, he replied "we aint puttin a used radiator in this car". He gave no reasonable explanation as to why, and told me to pick the car up before 5 (I cant - I have a real job, grandpa). I offered to pay more, buy a brand new radiator if it pleased him, or do whatever the nut-job wanted - the entire time responding with "nope". I had the pleasure of speaking to another completely incompetent and emotionally-fueled employee. I explained (paraphrasing) "I was told you would fix my car - I payed to get it towed there - now youre saying you cant fix it, and refuse to offer a reasonable explanation", to which he replied "How is this our fault? We didnt know all the details [the 3 phone calls prove they did in fact know all the details]. If anything, we should charge you for the inspection." Assuming any of the employees are literate, id say they spent their Monday morning flipping through their collection of "Small Repairs for Dummies" books, and browsing through "How-To change a radiator" videos on youtube - only to realize that the books are dated 1984, and they arent actually connected to the internet. Offering no refund or valid explanation,- I feel obligated to inform the general public and escalate the matter to the BBB. I am seeking, but not expecting a refund due to the blatant unprofessionalism, lack of communication between employees, inconsideration of customers time, and the complete incompetence of every employee I spoke to. Potential customers of this business should be forewarned of these kind of business practices. Ive seen more professionalism, customer consideration, communication, and competence at food stands. To put it into a form the unbelievably daft and incompetent employees will be able to understand: Say I call the local Hot-Dog stand and ask if they have hot dogs, they reply with "yes" (stupid question, why wouldnt they?) - well I show up and they say "we have hot dogs, but we wont serve you"... "why?".... "because"... "Why would you say had hot-dogs to begin with? Why do you even have a hot-dog stand?" This, of course, is minuscule in comparison. To be clear, im not upset about the small amount of money lost, im upset with how they handled the entire situation - and upset that businesses like this are still able to operate. I can only refer to this company as "a waste".

We recently had a family members car towed to Loganville Auto Center. Prior to getting the car towed, we called three different times and told them specifically what was wrong. After they had received the car, they called and said that they didnt know the car had been in an accident-it had not. We explained that there were a few pieces that had been taken off prior to them towing it, they knew this in advance and nothing was said about it. You would think having pieces taken off and ALL of the pieces present, it would actually be easier for them to work on it and put it back together, some of the work was already done! They called and said that the car could not be worked on. They wouldnt put a used part in (that we had bought) so we offered to buy a brand new one . "Nope" was his response for everything after that. They were very rude, we spent $90 on a tow bill, we had told them exactly what they were getting and they still waited until it was all done to tell us that they wouldnt work on it. All in all, this has been a terrible experience with a well known company with employees or owners that were very rude. I would never use them again and I will make sure to tell people of our experience so that they can avoid this treatment as well.

I have brought both of my trucks(previous and current) in several times and I always have to bring it back to have it fixed again because it wasnt right. When I call to complain they just tell me to bring it back in. They are only open Monday thru Friday from 8 to 530 I think, which is totally inconvenient considering that the issues were supposed to be fixed and I have to miss time at work to get it in and constantly trying to borrow vehicles and move tools back and forth from one vehicle to the next. Have had my current truck in several times for a no start issue and they cant diagnose it. They have no clue what its doing. No idea where to even start. I had a door handle replaced and the lock fell out of the handle the next day and the handle broke within a week. Also the day after the handle was done the door panel came off at the bottom of the door and was flapping. All Im saying is fix it right the first time. Thats what Im paying you for. Had to bring it back to have that fixed again. I could go on... But Im Going somewhere else.

We recently moved to Loganville and I needed a new mechanic for my Jeep. Being I work from home I didnt get a lot of chances to get references. I decided to use Google to help me narrow down my choices. I found a couple of places and then decided on Loganville Auto Center for 2 reasons, 1) the close proximity to my home, about 10 minutes from me. And 2) a recent unsatisfactory review, you would think that would make a potential client wary of place but the reply from the owner is what made me go there for service. The owner Brian apologized to the customer, he explained what happen from his point of view and apologize again. I like that he didnt try to blame anyone else for what happen and dealt with the issue head on. Im glad I took my vehicle there because they communicated to me what I needed to have done and the price for the repairs. I was satisfied with the work and will use them for future repairs on my vehicle.

I didnt even get my car repaired from there because theyre not honest people. Im a triple a member and triple a has a great mileage and monthly warranty..and this is plave happens to be one of there repair centers. Jeremy told me it would be $4,300 to repair my transmission and because its past 90k miles I wouldnt be qualified for warranty. That was the most ridiculous price Ive heard for my car and the first I heard about not receiving warranty! Every where Ive called I was told $2,300-3,300. Triple a told me $3000 and I would get warranty! I wouldnt do business with these people for the fact that they really thought they could get over me. I wonder who else theyve done this to...luckily I know about cars so I know when something is straight bs!
