Ive taken my vehicles here for years and have always had prompt and satisfactory service. They are honest with their service suggestions and never push to make a sale. This past week after having services done, the brake booster in my Explorer went out. I called Richard at the shop and he sent a tow truck out to get my car and repaired it the day before Thanksgiving. Very appreciative of the way they take care of their customers. I have had great experience. I dropped my car off at eight in the morning Richard promised my car would be done same day He kept his word even after finding out the person that did the timing before didnt do it right they rigged it up, Richard even stayed after hours to finish my car.Definitely a man of his words. The guys there were really friendly. But I was really upset when the guy came out after pulling my car in and told me my car needed full synthetic oil so it would be twice the price they quoted me when I called before going up there. I should have just left but was in a hurry hence the call ahead.
