• USE CAUTION!!! They will lie to you and give you one price, then wh...ile writing it up, will tell you a higher price and say there was no option for the cheaper they gave you. The clerks are incomptent, the owner/manager is unhelpful and rude. I was told my package would be delivered on a certain day - it was not. It was delayed for no reason. Address was correctly given. Will be filing a better business bureau report if not resolved. And yes, I do mean a refund! They charged me $249! Had to give a 1 star - otherwise, itd been a zero

Only giving 1 star because I have to, otherwise I would rate it 0. Worst experience! Needed to ship my computer back to manufacturer, owner/operator was extremely rude and unhelpful. Simply told me that yes they do ship computers but they didnt have any supplies to accommodate my computer, wouldnt even look at the supplies she had to see if any would fit and began helping a new customer spending 1 minute with me. I went to the UPS store in Dawsonville next to Kroger and they were extremely helpful and kind!

DONT USE THIS PLACE FOR IMPORTANT PACKAGES! This is a shipping business and they do not offer the proper Packaging for the US Post office or FED EX. They force you to buy their boxes. The lady that runs the place is an awful rude person. A fed ex. package did not deliver when it was supposed to and she was not willing to help or offer a refund for breach of contract!

They charge 12.50 for book of stamps, for convience they say.Can go across street to Ingles for correct price.Woman in Shipping Depot says its a free country if dont like it go sowhere else.They are a cheat. Should be against tne law. If they sre going to charge 12.59 advertise it. People these says are so rude and take advantage oftheir freefoms in this country.

One of the rudest business owners Ive encountered lately....It is a convenient place but just found out they are not a pick-up site for UPS any longer....I thought this was a shipping business..... Owners need to find another business to get into.

Their rates are ridiculous. Went in today to send a package via UPS, they quoted me $40.00 for shipping. Left and went to UPS store on Dawsonville Highway. Same package, same day, same UPS service - $12.00.
