This place tried to swindle me out of ten dollars to ship back a Comcast box that they have a contract with to ship all equipment back to Comcast at no charge. The lady refused to take the equipment until I told her the conversation was recorded and I was calling Comcast. She then took the boxes and refused to give me a receipt for the equipment to show she was shipping or took possession of the equipment. Then she proceeded to call my job and have her friends call my job and say I was in there throwing stuff cursing her and raising hell. No one was in the store so who are these people calling? This is a prime example of immature and uneducated people employees hire. Last time I use UPS stores not UPS they are two separate companies.

The crew at this store is ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile to do whatever it takes to get your package out the door to its destination. Theyve shipped EVERYTHING for me, and I mean EVERYTHING. Ive taken them a set of antique china, service for 12 including serving pieces, and theyve wrapped it and boxed it. Ive even taken them a 6 foot metal Coca-Cola sign that I sold as PICK UP ONLY on ebay . . . a buyer out of state purchased it and HAD to have it, so the great team at the UPS store packaged this HUGE sign and got it there safe and sound and the buyer loved it, and didnt hate the shipping bill! Thank you for all you do!!
