They are so rude! Worse customer service ever! I was in the post office like for 1 hr because they couldnt find my package! And it had to be there because they left me a note saying i had to pick it up there! I gave them the tracking number and everything and they still didnt find it! They told me i had to fill up a paper and she will give it to the supervisor and he will find out what happened! I couldnt believe they couldnt find my package when it should be there! makes no sense right? After asking for my id like 10 times they would just tell me they didnt know were it was! I understand that its not there fault but there were not even trying to help! I work in customer service so its so frustrating that i give good customer service but i cant recive it! Ohh one more thing there was a white lady that when i got here she was not doing anything and told me that i had to wait cause she was closed told me to step a side a wait until her coworker was done with the customer! 10 seconds pass by and she tells me with a ugly face what do you need? Really? Just hated this! Dont go there! One more thing! Onther customer arrived and he didnt know how to fill up a paper! He nicely asked this white lady! And answered so rude ones again telling him you should know how to do this! Just dont go here!

I received one of the worst services on the phone today from the passport agent at this location. She could not wait to get me off the phone. She was rude. She kept telling me to look up my answers on the internet. After a few minutes, she put me on speaker phone and felt like I was talking in a tunnel. It is so intimidating when these government office people do this. No wonder our post office is not profitable. People like this agent should not have a job. It is as if like the post office trains them to be rude. This person needs to not have a job so she can realize how to serve the people better. Does she not realize that we citizens pay her salary? Just see other reviews for this post office and you will see what I mean. I know that nothing will happen to my feedback because these people think that they do not need to provide us good service. I called two post offices after that; Boggs Road and Cummings, GA. I got excellent service from both of these offices. No rush. I could ask all my questions. The person at Boggs Road even put me on hold to find out something for me so she can help me better. I hope that the postal manager at Patterson Road reads this review and shapes up this person.

you always have to wait in line whether theirS one person or 200. when the wait line gets down to a few people the other clerks walk off. the clerks in this office are nasty, rude and insolent. they act like your doing them a favor. I am white and the black clerk acted like I just slapped her across the face when I asked her to explain something. then she stormed off to the back screaming that someone else would have to wait onme. I sent $2000 worth of electronics off for a modification and paid the insurance to ship it there and back. the box arrived back at my house crushed. I went down to find out what happen and the lady told me if I filed a claim the insurance would cover it. I got a check for one unit and they refused to pay for the other three units. total loss $1600. I do not go to this location for any reason and the main one is that I am handicapped and cant stand in line for 30 minutes at a time. very poor service.

GRUMPY GRUMPY people. Was using the self service kiosk and put my package in the box, I tried to open the door to make sure it went all the way in and it didnt. Went inside to let them know it was full, responses "get in line" "its full" "its full" didnt even want to hear that I was just letting them know.... These grumpy people need to be glad they have a decent job!! 2nd occasion, the self service didnt dispense my stamps after hours, nobody was willing to even acknowledge that I was out there when I could hear them and explained the issue through the door. I had to go shake the machine to get them to drop. Didnt want to leave because they would never believe me or refund my money... Our delivery person very often puts mail in the wrong boxes, not sure if it is the sorters messing up or who. but I didnt sign up to deliver mail or go searching for something I was waiting on, especially an issue with packages.

This Post Office is ridiculously terrible! NO ONE does their job correctly! I have sent numerous packages to my best friend from VA and every single one of them never gets delivered to her, no matter how many times I have scheduled it for redelivery. She always ends up having to go up there then argue with the people cause they claim they dont have her package. Not only that who ever delivers to Sweetwater apartments is completely incompetent and mentally challenged. They NEVER knocked on her door and this isnt the first, second or fifth time its happened. We send packages back and forth EVERY week or two and it happens EVERYTIME! I never have a problem with my package she sends me cause my post office isnt a bunch of over paid monkeys that dont know how to do their jobs!!!!!!!!

I went into the local post office today and was greeted by a angry bird name James that works there. Im looking for a package. He ask me do I have note the post office left on my door. I informed him that the note only had my name on it and the date nothing was checked and no tracking number so I threw it away. But I knew it was an package because I placed and online order. James was so rude omg, I dont know if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what. if you are having a bad day at work dont ruin someone else with an attitude and you should be giving customer service. I wish I can send my mail to another post office Patterson Road in Lawrenceville needs go to customer service training again. I am very upset...management need to have a serious talk with James.

I am very sorry to say that I am very much appalled with the services of USPS! I mailed a package to Lawrenceville, GA to be delivered on May 3rd 2013 and as of today, May 4th 2013,my family has not received the package,while information online states that, package has been delivered! I called the post office only for the agent to hung up on me!! The package is needed to traveled with to overseas. What is going on with USPS? If paid services are this horrible, then why is USPS protesting that it should not be closed down? This is not the first time that this incident has happened,neither is the second time! SHAME ON YOU, USPS! I second the motion that your services are worthless,thus its permanent CLOSURE!!!!!!!
