I went into the store, and was insolently advised in a condescending tone by, who I came to find out was the Franchise owner, a Mr. Walters, that I could not get onto the public computer, because he was using it. Furthermore, he did not want me to see his personal information on the desk top, so I offered to log him out to solve the problem, but he rudely told me no. I asked to speak to the manager, so he pointed me towards his brother Ayon D. Walters, and then advised me that he was the store owner. After a mild dispute with the two horrible representation of a fortune 500 company, they advised me to get out of their store or they would call the police. I advised the two towering figures to do so for my protection, because Ayon D. Walters would not get out of my face, even after I asked him multiple times. They treated me horribly, and I felt threatened by the two large men shouting in my face from less than a few inches away. At one point one of them had the audacity to ask me who I thought I was, where I replied " A Customer". I called the UPS customer service, and was handed over to another department, because the Customer Service Rep told me they dont handle franchised complaints. I was told to call a number that was given to me by the rep, and they would take care of my complaint. I called the number, and "surprisingly" only got a voice mail. I left a detailed message describing what transpired at one of their stores, and never received a call back. It has been over a week now. I will call them again. At the end of everything I just wanted to send a school book off, because I am a full time student and employee. I had an off day, and thought I would be able to just run into a supposed reputable establishment and quickly take care of my business. Instead, I felt threatened, and also treated like crap over an employee using a public computer. UPS Store located on 1227 Rockbridge Road suite 208 Stone Mountain, Georgia 30087 you should be ashamed of calling yourselves anything besides "Horrible Bosss". In conclusion, I will never step foot into that sorry excuse for an establishment and I demand some form of apology from both of those UPS Employees.

This is one of the most horrible UPS stores I have been too. Actually, I have not been to many UPS stores that has had good service but this one was the worst. I think because they are a franchise they feel they can treat customers bad forgetting they are just a few customers away from losing their business. I went in to return AT&T boxes (because they gave me no choice). This was my 3rd attempt to do this. Each time I went to a UPS store, they made it seem like it was an inconvenience to ship the equipment. It made it seem to me that the 10-15 minutes it would take was not worth their time, I assume because I was not paying out of pocket. Paul W, who first said he was the manager then when we exchanged words boasted that he was the owner and is opening another store. He proceeded to get loud and called me a B**** because I told him that I have been having the worst service at the UPS store. I hate that AT&T has me returning my equipment through the UPS store. Each experience with this franchise has been horrific! The Manager/Owners employee Kyle had better customer service than he did. He will not last owning a franchise because you thrive off customers and if your customer service is bad, you will not get a repeat of customers. Eventually someone else will own the franchise and the cycle will repeat. I refuse to go back to a UPS store and will always got out of my way to a UPS just to have better service.

There is a younger lady that is absolutely fantastic to work with. Other than that i just wish there was another ups store i could go to that was near me. The older gentleman (as you will find in other comments listed for the establishment) has no customer service skills. That and on multiple occasions i have come in and found the young employees horsing around or not caring about having a professional business manor at all! And sometimes the older gentlman there (thats the notary) just lets them do it!!! Its really frustrating. I wish they just had a more professional attitude and werent so snarky.

What a joke & a waste of time!!! Do yourself a favor & bypass this UPS Store with their miserable owner & incompetent employees. After wasting 45 minutes with these clowns, drove to the Snellville location (Mountain View off 78 & Bethany Church Rd) & was was warmly greeted upon entering, helped, & in & out in 5 mins (the miserable owner & his inept employee should take customer service classes from Howard & Alyssa at the Snellville location!!!) Alas, they probably wont because they dont have a clue!!! Again, dont waste your time with these fools!!!

They will tell you they have a notary service but when you get there....nope the notary evidently only comes in when they want to. Couldnt even tell me if one would be in today, told me to keep calling back and checking. Dont think I will trust these people again on the phone. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else and save the headaches.

I have not been to this location but the owners responses are unbelieveably disrespectful to his customers, there are more like ratings than high and guys remarks equal it to take it or leave it. I cant believe this is UPS standard company representation. Silence is the loudest response.

Go to the UPS store on Highway 78, in the Kroger Plaza across from Red Lobster. They acknowledge you as you walk in, and this is the best one I found so far. They even provide UPS supplies which other UPS stores including the one in Lilburn off Oak charge a fee for. .

The notary at this location had a bad attitude and gave us the wrong information. He wasted my time and I lost money dealing with this arrogant man (who had NO idea what he was talking about). If you need something notarized dont waste your time going to this location.
