The folks at this store have seen me at my best and worst and have shown uncompromising professionalism throughout. When I was rude and unprofessional, they still fought to do their best to earn my business - and they have. Its an incredible group of folks - from top to bottom - and they do an incredible job. I was used to print jobs taking several days to complete, but my last job for them was ready the next day - and that, despite the fact that I had to re-send files for printing just a couple hours before pickup! Thanks for putting up with me and for your wonderful support. You guys are great!

I will never ship anything from this store ever again. When you take a package in to get a price to ship they only tell you the highest priced option, then when you ask why so high theyll then and only then tell you the second most expensive option without telling you that there are a few cheaper rates. Do yourself a favor and just go to the ups branch down in West Carrollton. ***UPDATE*** I went to the US Post office the following Monday and sent the same package that the ups store wanted $50.00 to ship for $11.65

I brought to The UPS Store in Beavercreek, Ohio 4 large shoe boxes full of letters my grandparents wrote to each other while my grandfather served in WWII. They listened to what I wanted and they came up with a plan. I had them scan the letters and format the files so they were sorted by the dates they were written. They did each one which totaled 1,359 letters. This preserved a little bit of our familys history. They did a great job and its much appreciated!

The owner is very rude and confrontational. The manager was going to make an exception for me using a corporate credit card for a $5 purchase, but the manager/owner came out and declined the purchase and said that he would only accept cash for any charge less than $10. In a cashless society and completion elsewhere, I will not be back after this outrageous confrontation. Very, very, unprofessional and this was done in front of other customers.

This store has been so extremely helpful for our local business. We have to ship very sensitive computers and materials clear across the United States with insurance, return labels, tight timelines, etc. and they have always taken the burden off our shoulders and made the process extremely simple for us. I cant imagine there is any other UPS store out there more helpful and devoted to its customers than this one. Thanks for making our lives easier!

I was trying to ship a headboard to my sister and it turned out to be way more expensive than we thought it would be and the people here were absolutely amazing. Not only were they very helpful with bringing the headboard in and looking at shipping options, but they were just as helpful when we decided to not use them for shipping. They were beyond professional in their actions and I will be using them exclusively for shipping from here on out.

I live in Kettering, therefore, the Wilmington Pike location is much closer for me. However, because of how rude and unprofessional the employees are I decided to give the Beavercreek location a try. This location does everything possible to go above and beyond for their customers. Their customer service exceeded my expectations and will keep my business.

Ive been in this store about 6 times over the past 2 years, and they are always friendly, professional, helpful, and efficient. Ive returned Amazon purchases several times, and it never takes more than a minute or so. I wish other places were as stress free with no waiting.
