I had to return 2 receivers back to Dish Network. They sent me the packaging, but for the life of me, I couldnt find my packing tape. So, I had my daughter take the packages to the UPS Store in Dahlonega, GA and told her to ask them to tape it. The man there was not only rude, but he made her pay $2 for TWO strips of tape!! She called me pretty upset, so I called the store. I asked the man who answered if I could either talk to, or have the name of the manager. He curtly stated: "I can help you." I said: "thats great, are you the manager?" He said that he was. I asked him for his name and he didnt want to give it to me at first. Finally he told me it was Tom Bernhart. Gee, Tom, I hope I spell your name right, because, not only will I let all my friends know NEVER to grace the doors of your store again, but I will tell them to go to the Dawsonville, GA store. They are not only nice, they dont mind taping your box for FREE!

I made some passport photos at this location and brought them back same day to make a return after I was told that the photos are out of focus and cannot be used. The clerk asked for proof that the photos were out of focus - to which I suggested looking at them. "Well, but you can still tell it is you in the pictures!... Ok, just this once I am going to give you a refund." I said I did not need a refund if it came with an attitude like that. Ill make sure to take my business elsewhere from now on.

I am not going to this store because of a google review. That person only had two reviews posted on her profile, I can only assume that it obviously moved her enough to write one. So UPS store, you do not get my business. I understand about being the ONLY pack and ship in the area.. But just because of this does not mean you can charge 2.00 for two pieces of packing tape. Especially since the dollar store is just a stones throw from your store. Thank you Ann for giving me the heads up!

Ive shipped my whole daughters dorm room all the way to New Jersey through this store. The staff was friendly and professional amd packed my things well. Everything got there safe and sound. Ive also gotten posters and documents printed at the shop. The owner Kenny and his employees are always helpful and treat customers like friends. Theres a great atmosphere in the store and I will continue to use them for my shipping and printing needs.

Just be warned that if you visit this location they do no have "public access to computers" and therefore you will be charged $2 to "open a digital file" i.e. open an email, plus 12 cents per page to print. I have never paid any of these charges at my home UPS store.
