The staff are wonderful to deal with, but the owner, Howard, is very controlling and obstinate. They sent out 2 synthesizer keyboards before to my satisfaction. Now I had to send another one identical to the other to Hawaii. The price he quoted me was $230 with shipping, insurance and packing. Packing being around $45. Before, they enclosed the instrument with about 4 inches of foam all around, to go to Austin, Texas. I wanted it packed the same but this time it had just a little bubble wrap over the keys, but the rest was popcorn, and not a thick layer. When I came to pay for it the price had jumped to $299. When I asked why the price went up he just shrugged his shoulders, and when I asked about the packing he told me that it was like Fort Knox. They were real busy,so I returned the next day to finalize this, and he agreed to give me a 15% discount, but flatly refused to add more bubble wrap, and pack it as good as before, even though it was going half way around the world, and even though the other employees thought it needed more. Cmon, really? a few dollars more bubble wrap? This owner has a real problem, and I will never go there again.

a man named howard was very rude & wasnt trying to help me figure out my shipping problem. i had to keep interrupting him too even get a word out. he needs too take the shoe out his ass & learn too talk to customers patiently & nicely. i only had a few questions. smh do better howard.
