One star is being generous. I used to love this store when the Klawons owned it. I was always greeted and treated with respect. Have been using Packages since 1999. In the last eight months or so I have mailed several packages on numerous occasions.no one greets you when you enter store,Edyth at the counter does not make eye contact with you, and if there is a line she never says sorry be with you soon or any kind of acknowledgement . On December 21 I mailed two packages to my daughter for Christmas. One arrived the other never did. Around December 28 ,I was informed by UPS that the package was lost. I called packages found out what to do about getting compensation. Turned in all the paperwork,pictures etc to Edyth. Over three months went by without compensation. I went in this week to pick up check. The pkg was insured for 100 dollars.the contents were worth at least that much. I was informed that I was not getting my 20 shipping costs covered. Edyth told me UPS told her it was included in the 100 insurance. If I wanted to get shipping back I should have insured it for more money I will never ship from this store again,also I will tell every person I come in contact with how I was treated.

They make it easy for you to get your packages to the right destination. Since they are connected to USPS, UPS and FedEx, they accept any returns, and they can compare costs when you send things out. Best of all, it is owned by a retired Postal Service civil servant, so they know all the tricks and traps for mailing. I have used them to send packages all over the US, Canada, UK and Europe, New Zealand, and overseas military bases in Europe, Asia, along with Iraq and Afghanistan. There is not often a line, so I can bring my child with me when I mail items out or bring returns to mail. You wont regret going there, and I dont go anywhere else.

The older lady working at the counter was soooo rude to me and my children. She basically said 1st graders were smarter than me and my teenage children. I didnt even know that store was there until we googled fedex locations. I can guarantee that my family will NEVER use that location again!! EVER! I can honestly say that was one of the worst experiences Ive had with customer service. One star is being generous!

I only decided to post a review after I went into this store and twice a large dog was who greeted me when I came in- and he is the friendliest and most attentive staff member! Doesnt seem like customer service and professionalism matter all that much here. But hey, as far as I can tell, my packages get taken care of in the right way so I cant complain too much.

very poor counter person experience. Wanted to charge me DOUBLE what FedEx site was providing. When I returned with the FedEx label I returned home to print, somewhat rude and not happy that I was bringing a drop-off package. Will not be using them again.

Location is very convenient. Service is fairly fast. Ive only used the printer and fax services so far. I like supporting local small businesses as much as possible.
