Whenever I show up with a bunch of heavy boxes they refuse let me prop open the door, or offer to hold it open for me so I can get in and out. The door opens out, so its a big problem! And this is when there are two of them there doing nothing but staring at me struggling in and out of the door. They site it as the managers policy, stupid policy for a business that deals with people shipping things! And I have to ask, and often insist, each and every time to get a receipt. After dealing a few times a week with that I have taken my business elsewhere even though it is a longer drive for me and a little pricier. My packages were treated well and always arrived in good shape, but the hassle at the door and counter just isnt worth it for me.
