The owner refused to take a UPS package with a pre-authorized UPS label and offered no explanation. He told me to go down the street a couple of miles and another store would accept my parcel there. When I got to the other store I inquired as to why Mail Box Plus might have refused my UPS package and they said that they were getting a lot of customers asking them the same thing. The owners of Mail Box Plus advertised the UPS logo throughout his store, but then wouldnt take their packages. When I called UPS - I got a runaround, so I gave up. I just figured if UPS did not care about Mail Box Plus refusing their packages.... why should I?

I AM SO GLAD THAT THIS STORE IS IN MY AREA, IT IS A BLESSING I NO LONGER GO TO THE POST OFFICE YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING IN THIS FACILITY FROM FAXING, PRINTING, SHIPPING THROUGH FED EX, UPS, USPS, ALSO IF YOU DONT HAVE A COMPUTER YOU CAN USE THEIRS AND THE PRICES ON ALL THESE SERVICES IS AWESOME. NOW ON TO CUSTOMER SERVICE MARK AND THE OTHER WORKER ARE VERY FRIENDLY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL....SO IF YOU HATE LONG LINES AND THE HASSLE OF THE POST OFFICE THIS MOM AND POP SERVICE CENTER IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO!!!
