I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with trying to get delivery of a package to my home in Blount Co. Fedexs window of delivery is so narrow that I have to either take a day off work or drive to Knoxville on a Saturday to pick it up myself. Really horrible customer service. I just spent the past hour plus on the phone with them hassling about it. I will never use Fedex again if I can possibly help it.
