They were GREAT. Even though the store was full and everybody was busy they still made sure each person was getting what they needed. Very knowledgeable and if it was something they didnt know or werent sure about they sought out the answer, not pushing to sell things just wanted you to have what you needed awesome group of people. Very unhelpful. The lady working this morning was not the lady Im use to seeing at this location....maybe she was new??? Either way, she didnt want to notarize my papers and it clearly said notarize and sign as a witness. Lazy!!! Thats my last visit. The one in Stockbridge is much better, with excellent customer service. I had to go to Stockbridge for great customer service.

It took me calling four days after I submitted my simple online print order for them to even start the order. And when I called to question when my order would be ready, I was put on hold for over ten minutes and then hung up on. Terrible customer service.
