WORST COMPANY EVER Cannot begin to explain the frustration with this company. Took off from work and waited all day for a delivery, monitoring the tracking number. Late in the afternoon it updates to : "Customer Unavailable or Business Closed" Try to contact them? All they provide is the toll free National number. Wound up speaking to "Steve" with a foreign accent who simply rattled off the company line of "They tried deliveryNo One was Availablewill attempt tomorrow or you can have them hold for pickup" This is the THIRD time - Not 1st or 2nd, the 3RD TIME in the last month and a half this happened, and it always happens the same way. Cant call anyone local at the distribution center and have them turn the truck around. Toll Free Number ONLY No DELIVERY Loast a DAY of Work and have to lose another tomorrow. NEVER saw a FedEx truck. SKIP ON THESE PEOPLE - GO with UPS, or DHL, or USPS - THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE!

Skip fedex. Go UPS or USPS. Prices are higher. Service is worse. Drivers are the laziest Ivee ever seen. I live in an apartment complex. Any other delivery service leaves my package up front at the office. Fedex time and time again. Is too lazy to go and do that. Ive even had delivery instructions to leave it at the office. Obviously Fedex disregards that some packages are time sensitive. They also constantly leave packages at the door when its clearly signature verified. Word of advice. Next time Fedex improperly leaves a package at the front door, notify your shipper, theyll send you another one, and charge fedex for their idiodic drivers.

Terrible staff. Walked past us at least 10 times before she ever asked if she could help us. Two other staff members never asked. We were the only customers at the time. When we were finally waited on, the guy waiting on us was very condescending. I had given him the address (written on their requested form) the package needed to be mailed to but because he did not read it properly and put in the wrong address, it was MY fault. I will say that this happened on a Saturday.

According to our personal Fedex is among the worst carrier available in terms of delivery. They do not deliver on time and delay for few days. When tracked, the website shows "Customer not available or business closed". This is misleading and false statement since we wait for the package the whole day for many days. There was no door tags left for us. We even left a message on the door asking them to meet us. This was not the first time it happened.

FedEx - Horrible service. They dont deliver on time if the package is more than 80 lbs. Their website will say .... package out for delivery but at the end of the day will say...will be delivered tomorrow. FedEx CHEATS customers with wrong info on their website. Very horrible service. Specially the distribution center in Norcross,GA where they have too many lazy folks who are not committed to deliver on the promised date & time

So I call FedEx for reason why my package keeps getting marked undeliverable. Ive never had a problem with past deliveries. Turns out that the delivery weighs 110lbs and the driver continued to mark the package undeliverable. I called the shipper and they advised me the label was completely correct. The customer service agent could not even give me a status or get some one on the phone. . Sad

The services suck. In my experience with Fedex the drivers almost always make a lazy attempt to deliver packages. I paid for next day delivery and the driver came next day, called my call box in my complex once then left. I literally watched him drive off without making an attempt to leave the package at my leasing office.

Horrendous customer service. Flat rude. They did not have time to help me (one other customer in the pave, two people "working." They told me to go to the FedEx Office around the corner if I wanted to do anything but drop off a ready-to-skip package. The drop box out front cost less and is more customer friendly.

Failed to deliver a no signature required package. They decided to require a signature even tho none was needed. Did not deliver my package when needed. Ill never use these guys again nor do business online with people that use fedex.

This company sucks. Literally the worst ever. I have had my changing table sent back to sender twice and never once did fedex come to my home. I confimed address and it was right. Fedex sucks!!

I was expecting a package 12/30/2016 and the driver was being lazy and said person was not home or business closed at 4pm and we was here. They didnt want to work a little extra. Its horrible.
