I was at this store to make copies. Based on the associates attitude, I walked out of the store. Her name is Jackie. First of all, JACKIE was too busy on the phone, making an appointment to have her hair "did", to attend to my needs. So I wasted precious time trying to use the machine. When she finally came to my assistance, her attitude was so stink I almost puke.

Gave my package to someone else and did not ask the person for id. I asked them to roll back the camera , but they said they couldnt find anything. Mind you i came only a few days after my package was delivered. I honestly believe an employee stole it and they were covering for them. If you have a precious items, do not have them sent there.

Customer service and lack of communication is horrible . The black manager lady Im not sure her name was very unprofessional . Nicole u can tell didnt want to be at work and didnt explain the shipping details efficiently . Literally a playground in here I will not be going back to that ratchet place.

I was in this location trying to copy and fax a document that was very important for me as a customer now I dont use a copy machine every day like these suppose to be trained professionals but the lady had so much attitude because I was trying to ask quesions on how to do so

This center DEFINITELY needs another shipping computer terminal. One is not enough. There is always a line, and they can do nothing about it until their corporation provides one.

Every time I order a online print job, its never ready at the time stated. Several times Ive went in and my posters were printed wrong.
