I was at this store to make copies. Based on the associates attitude, I walked out of the store. Her name is Jackie. First of all, JACKIE was too busy on the phone, making an appointment to have her hair "did", to attend to my needs. So I wasted precious time trying to use the machine. When she finally came to my assistance, her attitude was so stink I almost puke.

Gave my package to someone else and did not ask the person for id. I asked them to roll back the camera , but they said they couldnt find anything. Mind you i came only a few days after my package was delivered. I honestly believe an employee stole it and they were covering for them. If you have a precious items, do not have them sent there.

Customer service and lack of communication is horrible . The black manager lady Im not sure her name was very unprofessional . Nicole u can tell didnt want to be at work and didnt explain the shipping details efficiently . Literally a playground in here I will not be going back to that ratchet place.
