Went to store to overnight package on 7/31 arrived at 10am. Package had to be there the next day. It was critical medicine. Was guaranteed by shop keeper that it would arrive after I told him how critical that this was. That it get there. At 6pm on 8/1 package was not delivered and went to find out what happened. I looked up tracking number and the package had not left Grayson and did not leave the store. I tried to call but they were closed. I just looked again at the tracking and they did not ship it till 9pm on 8/1. It is now 8/2 and the package is still in Atlanta . THis is not a ups store and obviously they only care about $$ DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO ANYONE THRU THIS STORE !!!! Unless you could care less when it will arrive!!!!

I took in several large Dish Boxes and the people in the store your very freindly and helpful. Great customer service. Yeah they did charge us .50 per box but they explained UPS does not supply them tape and that in fact the .50 gets donated to an international orphan charity. Really your going to compain about having to pay for doing what your should have already done.

This location is very fast and the staff are very friendly. They work hard to ensure you get in and out quickly. You can drop off UPS packages. Keep in mind that they charge to take up your box so if its not ready to mail, there will be an extra fee. Its like .50.

Came to the store right at closing, in fact 5 min after, had an important set of copies to be made, Mike & Terry Spreher made my 100 copies as I waited outside, Over the Top and Customer Service and I made my deadline, Thank You!! ....Go UPS!!!!
