The service was good. The food was good. The management was no so good. I and 11 of my friends came in after we did the Color Run today 4/4/15 as we have done for the past 3 years. The Color Run is a 5k where as you walk/run you have colored corn starch thrown on you. This year included glitter. Every customer in the establishment was from the Color Run. We had 4 children with us. They played in the play area as they have done every year for about a total of 45 min. As our children played 2 more children joined. Also from the Color Run. The manager Karen came in and told the children they could not play because they had color all over them and the other kids would get the color on them so they needed to leave. The child ran to his mother (who already had her hands full with new born twins) crying. The lady asked what was going on and was told her children could not play because they had the color on them. The manager also told our children to leave also. At this time we were there for about an 1.5hr. They manager had no problem with taking our money (total over $80). She had no problem with all of the people from the Color Run doubling her sales for the day. Yet she is making a big deal about the kids playing in the play area. This was totally unexceptionable and we will . NEVER go back to this restaurant and we will advise everyone at the next Color Run not to go to this Chick-Fil-A but to go to the one down the road.

Good food compared to surrounding restaurants in this ghetto town, but crap compared to other Chic Filas. The owner is a cheapskate and leaves the food under the heat lamps way too long. He is also a snob. I dread going here and when my wife asks me what i want, I tell her "nothing". She could bring fresher food from.another city in GA. You Will never get a juicey or crispy piece of chicken from this restaurant. They do have limp fries and too much baking powder in their, blandest of all chic-fil-as biscuits. Also the employees are real mice but.all very weird. One makes my wife and other females I know, very uncomfortable. He works at the window. He is always asking the same friend out and once invited himself (complete stranger) to her sons birthday party. Lol

Didnt receive my free sandwich for cow appreciation day. Apparently they wanted you to spend money on a cow costume because I was told around 6:30 by an unfriendly manager after waiting in line 30 minutes that my homemade costume didnt qualify. And I was going to pay for my drink.

Lady in drive thru stared ay my body ink & commented to co-worker about right in front of me. She stood there and stared with her mouth open saying omg. & made me feel more than uncomfortable. I came for a chicken sandwich not 4 some girl to comment on my body. Ill never go back

i am a big fan of chick-fil-a, this location did not disappoint me, they had a great staff that was all smiles when i walked in, i asked for extra lemons in my ice tea three times and they were more than happy to accommodate my quirky requests with a smile.

Never have a problem with the food. What I do have a problem with is entering and the woman who is clearly the manager saying "Well... order whenever your ready." We did not get greeted like the other couples. Dissatisfied. Order Number 2883177 12/12/15
