The Jonesboro Dwarf House is the worst Chick-fil-A in the greater Atlanta area. I consistently get incorrect food from this location, typically missing items. I ALWAYS have to take a minute to check the bag-- because there has never been a time where some part wasnt incorrect with my order. Also, the closing staff is incredibly unicomidating. I was in the drive through at 9:30 one night and ordered a Cobb salad without eggs-- and the employee said they could not make a salad without eggs because the person who makes the salads was not in. Seriously? Last time I checked it doesnt say on the menu board "salads from 5-9"; if and item becomes unavailable after a certain time, like breakfast after 10:30, it needs to be indicated. Also this location has a tendency to hand out stale food. Any cookie I have ever received here has been hard as a rock. Honestly I drive out of my way to go to another location to avoid this Chick-fil-A.

I am a frequent customer at Chick fil A, but lately the service is getting horrible. Today was it for me. I went to the drive thru and ordered 46.77 worth of food for my family I was asked to drive up to wait I added to the order, SOUP. I waited for about 20 minutes as I was not feeling well then I went in to inquire about the wait. I was initially given all my other food and drinks and had to ask for fresh fries when I took the food back into the restaurant. I was apologized to by the staff and told that they didnt know I was waiting and offered to remake the order. Well as I stated not feeling well so I just wanted to go home and rest. The soup tasted like old chicken was put in it and it did not taste fresh. I dont usually complain, but this is getting ridiculous and regular service (hit or miss). Thanks will return soup tomorrow.

Its a Dwarf house with an itty biity Dwarf door! I went through the drive through initially. The line was long as usual but moved quickly. The staff was friendly. I had to wait for my order to be completed, so I ran into the restroom. Theres a diner style setup there. Staff was friendly inside. Restroom was very clean. I received my order and it was wrong, but it was quickly corrected without a hassle. I simply loved my visit here! We saw two Dwarf houses on Tara and one in Hapeville. It leant itself to my minor obsession to visit everyone! Wish there were some here in the Birmingham area! Oh! I almost forgot! Theres supposed to be an extended menu on the inside of the Dwarf houses! Definitely work an experience!

I wish I could give them NO stars. The quality of the food is always terrible. I usually never complain about my food due to the fact that I only eat their breakfast as Im on my way to work. This morning was it for me. I order my food and once I make it to work, my bisquit was BURNT. It was crispier than my hashrounds. Im so fed up with this ChickFila! I will not be back. Unacceptable.

Normally, Id give them five stars, as chick-fil-a is heads and shoulders above their competitors in every way. Im beginning to question their latest hiring decisions at this location, however, as the service is noticeably slipping. Little things are being missed, and chick-fil-a doesnt miss the little things. Tighten up, guys. Even with these concerns, chick-fil-a is amazing.

They suck. It took twenty minutes to get my food. They were not even busy at 7:00 Thursday night. Half of the seating was closed off . when we got our food it was cold. Our food sat in the serving area for 20 minutes. The manager discounted our meal. I was so hungry that I ate cold pancakes. I will not be back!

Dine in or drive thru...Great location...This location has a wait staff with restaurant style seating...more upscale than your average chick-fil- a. 1. Dine in (seat yourself) 2. Dine in (wait to be seated by hostess 3. Drive thru lane(s) The food is great!

Very fun experience, that is different than the normal Chick-fil-A. They have a much different menu than normal ones, and even a waiter! If you want the traditional feel, you can order like a normal one, or be treated to a meal like a sit down restaurant.

This chickfila was called the dwarf house and had a dinner side and a chickfila side. A old dinner and a chickfila merged back in the day. That staff were polite but could use more customer service training. Interesting place though.

Stopped here bc of a detour and was very impressed. The service was excellent and every single employee was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come back to this specific location any time Im in the area.

I love this Chick FIL a! We are from Mississippi and We stop by every time we drive through here! They have even more menu options than regular Chick fil a. The sweet potato souffle us amazing! Service is awesome too!

The food was great . I asked for extra of the new smokehouse bbq sauce on my 2 regular sandwiches and they didnt put anything on it . I got honeyroasted sauce in my bag instead for some reason
