They might be a little on the rough side, socially, but as far as mechanical knowledge, I cant say anythng bad, And honest? Ive taken my cars there for several years and they have always been straight to the point, and have shown me everything that has needed to be done. Prices are fair and I have never felt ripped off.

Called to ask a question and while I was trying to find a number on my car the associate on the phone made a rude comment about me not knowing what I was doing to someone else on his side of the line. Amazingly unprofessional.
