A great experience overall, and I highly recommended them! I brought my car in due to a check engine light, and was very impressed by the friendly and professional service I received. Though it was my first time doing business there, I felt like a long-term customer. Brian gave me a thorough explanation of what could be causing the problem, and, because I live nearby, even gave me a ride home. Sharon let me know later that day what the specific problem was, the status of obtaining the part I needed, and an estimate of the (very reasonable) cost that was right on the money when I picked the car up the next day. Thanks!

My family and I have been dealing with Sharon Caudill and her Auto Repair on Five Forks Trickum Rd for over 25 years. We first chose them because of convenience. However, over the years we continue to go back because they treat us like family and have always worked on our vehicles at a fair price and with complete satisfaction. They bend over backwards to serve you and are always friendly, courteous, and punctual in finishing when they say they will be done. They are my, "Fix it once and you will fix it for life, " kind of merchant. Thanks Brian and Sharon!

Very nice staff! Unfortunately it was a mess from the beginning to end. Had to take my car to a different auto shop. Bill ended in $1,900. Sad to say, dont take your car there
