On 3-10-2016, Keys Ferry Automotive charged me $262.74 for an AC repair (VALVE-STEM & FREON). In less than 36 hours, the AC stopped working altogether. Keys Ferry Automotive re-evaluated the AC unit on 3-14-2016 and gave me an additional estimate for repairs $637.00 dollars for a complete AC Compressor Rebuild Kit. Will Conrad (owner) is a really nice person, but would not refund my money or honor the AC repair work he did to my Ford E350 Ambulance on 3-10-2016. If I had went with Keys Ferry Automotive estimate, my total cost would have been $899.74. I took my Ford E350 ambulance for a second opinion @ Stananco Automotive in the City of Jackson. The AC unit was repaired for a mere $70.63 Now get this, the repair at Stananco was to replace the NEW VALVE STEM that was originally installed by Will Conrad @ Keys Ferry Automotive. The AC unit is working like brand new since (Andy Stananco) of Stananco Automotive completed the necessary repairs. Last but not least, Will Conrad of Keys Ferry Automotive is a really nice person and was very cordial throughout this dispute, but he never once took any responsibility for the $262.74 repair for the AC unit. You cannot take money for services and expect customers to be happy if you do not honor your WORKMANSHIP. I left Keys Ferry Automotive very disappointed and without my $262.74
