I love these guys! The staff at this location are awesome. I had been to 2 other car repair stores (Tire Plus and Meineke), about car issues because my car was cutting out at almost every traffic light and I was scared to drive it anymore. The 2 other companies diagnosed the problem when I explained it and gave me a flat price of over $1000 but said it still may not fix the problem. UNREAL!!! Finally I took my car to Midas and the staff explained everything to me about my car problems. They diagnosed and checked everything and the total for my repairs was $300. These guys are professional and they assured me when I leave my car would be fixed, and 2 months later its still running like brand new. I trust this location with my car repairs cause they do an excellent job and they will continue to get my service.

About a week ago I went into this midas and these guys really took care of me. I was expecting to just need new front and rear brakes but they said my fronts were good but the rear was where the problem was. To make a long story short I had a major issue with the rear brakes and roder piston caliper. I only had $425 to my name and the bill came out to almost $700. I explained this to them before they started the process and they fixed everything for just $425. He said he could not let me drive out of there with my kids and took care of my truck. Thank you to the team at midas on w pike street. I have recommended your business to everyone and told everyone of your great customer service and my family and myself thank you greatly.

I had issues with my breaks. I called to make an appointment and even though he told me that they typically dont make appointments on Saturdays because its their busiest day, the gentleman was very polite and told me to bring it to him in about 40 min. I brought in my car in, they were extremely busy, even the boss was out in the shop working on cars to get the jobs done, but took the time to fix my car right. They were prompt in their service, kept me informed and made sure I understood everything going on and exactly how much it would cost. The total job cost a lot less than I expected. There prices are fair, they got the job done quickly, and they fixed the problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Im a college student who had major rusting in the exhaust system of my 2002 Honda Civic (it was from Ohio). The ehaust pipe disconnected from the muffler and was dragging around preventing me from driving my car. When i went in to Midas I was nervous about which parts theyd need to replace because the pipe would be cheap but if the catalyst converter or the muffler needed replacing then Id been for quite a hefty bill. After the inspection they let me know that Id be fine with just replacing the pipe. I love this Midas location for not trying to up sale me. They even let me use a coupon that took 10$ off my cost. Id recommend them to anyone in need of a honest repair shop!

I set an appointment for an oil change and to re-attach a loose exhaust pipe. They kept my appointment slot, completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time, and did exactly what I asked of them. The price was extremely fair, and there was zero pressure for additional work. They gave me a written estimate for some additional work that may need to be done, but they were not pushy in the least. Excellent service and value.

Worst service ever said it will take 40 minutes for a headlight connector replacement. After 1.5 hours said the part wasnt even there yet. Wanted to charge me 97 dollars, was automatically rude, did not hold door open for daughter and I. Also when I left bc I had to pick my brother up the did not even reconnect the wires off and which left me with more work than I started. Will not recommend to anyone. Please do not come here

I have been using Midas in Lawrenceville for many years. They do all kinds of repairs, not just mufflers. The owner and mechanics are honest and beyond reproach. The quality of their work is what keeps me coming back. They are exceptional mechanics and stand behind their repairs. Also, they only fix what is necessary. They will tell you whats what and not take advantage of your wallet.

Avoid going here at all costs. They will take care of what you need, but they will not properly toghten everything back to normal, causing check engine lights to come on and such. If you bring it back for them to llok at, theyll charge you an outrageous price just to look at it. After taking your money for looking at it, theyll charge another large fee for the service.

Bait and switch! The Manager quoted me a good price with full disclosure and then called me an hour later to Rudely double the price and nothing new was needed. I promptly went up there and brought my car down the street and got the job done right for a fair HONEST price! Midas needs to watch this guy as he is not in the customers or their best interest!

As a potential new customer I realize this place lies. I was promised a call back within 10 minutes with a quote for a repair. Several hours later I sit here with no response. Nobody should do business with people who have no integrity. Stay away, this place clearly do not respect people.

I needed help to have my car started. They sent someone within 15 minutes to help me. Instead of having to wait up to an hour on the two (2) road side services I subscribe to and I was very appreciative. Excellent customer service. Thank you guys because there was someplace I needed to be.
