I had taken my car to Honda because it kept cutting off when I started it up and it stopped on me while I was driving. Honda kept it overnight because they said they had to recreate the stalling issue. They could not recreate it, but they said I needed a new distributor, spark plugs and battery cable, which they said could have caused it. They replaced these and shortly after I left the car cut off when I tried starting it and a couple of days later it stopped on me again while I was driving. I took it to another Honda, they also kept it to recreate the issue and couldnt, so I got the car back with the same issue. I took it to Integrity the next day and Kevin got in the car and started it, when it cut off, he immediately knew what it was, he started it, jiggled the keys and it cut off again and he said it was the ignition switch. He ordered the part and had me on my way in short order. My son and I were also given a ride to a nearby shopping center so we wouldnt have to wait in the waiting room which was a bonus. Very nice place to do business with and they had the knowledge and expertise to diagnose my problem when the dealer could not.

My car actually got its windshield replaced from the auto shop next door and knowing I was in desperate need of an oil change as well, the place I was at recommended going here for the oil change. They were able to squeeze me in when they certainly didnt have to. The place was clean and professional and the customer service was stellar. The oil change itself was a bit pricey than what Im used to but you could tell the place was ran very well and they used quality products. The guy that helped me even made the comment that they used high quality stuff. Anyway, I liked the place well enough that Ill most likely come back next time I need an oil change or any other small maintenance! Thanks guys.

Great, Honest people. Kevin does amazing work. Ive been taking my cars to him for a couple years now. Recently my car was having battery/starting issues. I took it to the local auto store who said I needed a battery. After a few days of having the same problem even after the battery I took it to Kevin. He determined it was the starter not the battery. He was able to take care of issue, and get me back riding in no time. These guys always do great work and take the time to make sure they fix it. Kevin also takes the time to break down the problem so that you understand what is wrong and what they need to do to fix it.

Adam was extremely helpful in the repair of my 2004 Toyota Highlander. I was hesitant in putting money into fixing it with its age and mileage. He explained what needed to be done immediately and then what needs to be done later to keep her going. He was able to do some extra research and found a known issue that was a much simpler fix and saved me a ton of money. He wants me to come back in two weeks just so he can make sure everything is still working well. I definitely trust these guys to do future work on my vehicles.
