DISHONEST! This location will charge you for work they do not do. On May 11, 2017 (Thursday), I went in for an oil change and to have my cooling system checked. They did the oil change quickly, and then the technician said he would have to run a pressure test on the cooling system before he could figure out if there was a problem. Shortly thereafter, the technician waved me over and said he could NOT perform the test because my radiator had cracked. I asked him if a pressure test had been run on the system, and he said NO. When I got up to the counter to pay for my oil change and to get a quote for the radiator repair, the cashier insisted that a pressure test had been run and informed me that they are charging me for it. I told the cashier what the technician had said a few minutes ago, and she still insisted that the test had been done and was charging me for it. She even went to the technician to ask if it had been done and he said YES! (A. He clearly told me no, B. He couldnt have run the pressure test because the radiator was cracked, C. I watched my car the whole time and never saw such a test performed). The cashier proceed to get very rude and sassy and told me I would have to pay for the pressure test or I wasnt going to get my car back! I reluctantly paid, and when I asked the technician for the radiator repair quote, the cashier piped up from the back saying she had already given it to me and she wasnt going to give it to me again. When I left, I was so mad I couldve spit nails!!! When I got home, I called Meineke Customer Service. I calmly explained the situation, and I was told someone would get back to me within 48 hours. 48 hours came and went, and no one ever called. I called back on Monday, and I was told that a Corporate Resolution Specialist would call me, but they never called me. I called back on Tuesday and the same thing happened. No one called me. I finally got a call on Friday which I missed, but promptly called back, only to not get an answer. On Thursday, May 25 (TWO WEEKS LATER), I finally speak with the the Corporate Resolution Specialist, who informed me that corporate cannot do anything about complaints since each location is independently owned and operated. I would have to call the store manager to make my complaint and get a refund. This was my first and last time going to these DISHONEST mechanics. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE.

I read the reviews a few months ago but still decided to give this place a try. Wow, am I incredibly disappointed with the exceptionally BAD customer service! Save your money for someplace else! I bought one of the 5 pack oil change packages and used 1 for each of my vehicles. On my 3rd visit, I left the card at home. But rather than just review my History to see that Id only used 2 of the oil changes and just do the oil change for convenience and time, the service rep refused and told me that the policy had changed (I didnt receive any such previous notice) and I had to have the card or the deal was null and void. She then refused to just make a new card and scratch off my previous visits & then when I asked to speak with a manager, regional manager, or the owner to clarify this policy she refused and told me to "Google Meineke." I wasnt rude to her and I didnt yell at her. I just asked to speak to her supervisor but refused to give me their information. She then turned around and walked away. I have 2 vehicles that I had planned to have serviced here in the near future and the cost is likely to be around $2,000 between the two. However, Ill be taking my vehicles across the street or to any of the other 10 service centers in the neighborhood that have better reviews than this one. All because of the outright rude and nasty refusal of a lousy $20 oil change that Id already bought. NOT Good business, Meineke.

I went In for an oil change yesterday, I tried to give them another chance since last time they messed up my moms car she had to wait for 2 days to get her car back, anyways he said 30 min it will be ready and I was there for an hour which was ok for me to wait then I paid he gave me my keys back then my husband and I realize that the engine light was on, which was weird because I was not on when we went in to do the oil change so I called they said to come they will give me code so I went up there they took my car in and gave me a code they said it was not their fault they did nothing but my oil change, so when they gave me my car back now all the lights where on!!! and they said it was still not their fault, then he was trying to say that my car need all that stuff done the breaks, the power steering and also the break light was on so then he told me it sounded that I was trying to accuse them for the problem, and I said of course who else do I blame ? all my lights when on and the only thing he said was that all the employees were certified, I left there so disappointed and with my check engine light on, now I have to go to a mechanic and see what they did to my car never going back there again!

Ripoff. Unprofessional. Dishonest about price. I had a coupon for a 20 dollar regular oil change and 200 dollar brake pad for the front two wheels. I had to change brake pads and get an oil change, so I went to their shop for the service. I was only able to use one coupon so I asked to use brake pad which was 200. The assistant manager told me he will give me 5 dollars off the synthetic oil change so I went with the synthetic oil change (usually $70 but agreed to pay $65) and brake pad replacement. 30 minutes later, the store manager called me AFTER they finished the oil change and told me the roters are bad, so that I MUST change roters- otherwise, they wouldnt change my brake pads. I wanted to confirm the synthetic oil change price, but the manager said there was never an agreement for $5 off the oil change. I told her to confirm with the assistant manager (who I spoke to in person) and he denied any agreement for the $5. As the oil change was already done, I have no choice to pay the full price. The manager then had the audacity to laugh at this situation. Five dollars isnt the problem here. The problem here is that they lied and laughed about it. Never go here. NEVER!!!!!!!!!

I came to this location after reading the good reviews on here. They were totally correct! My cars breaks were makeing terrible noise from being beat up working all over Atlanta everyday. I was greeted by Andre the manager in the morning and he took a look at my car and gave me options and his recommendations. I took his recommendations and left my car for the day. I returned in the afternoon to pick the car up. Andre just didnt just take my money and give me the keys like other shops in the area. He showed me where one shop did not seat a tire on properly which was causing bad vibrations and fixed it. He also discovered another local shop did not tighten the oil filter which he replaced and topped off the oil for free. My car has not driven this well since the day I bought it!! These guys go above and beyond their job description. I felt very taken care of and after a year living in Atlanata finnaly have a place I can trust with my car. I will deffinetly be back! I am also going to spread the word to the other field techs I work with that rely on their cars for their career as well. Best Shop in Atlanta by Far!! Thanks!!
