Horrible. Been a goodyear customer for years and probably spent over 7k in last 3 years there. Low and behold, 3 years later, same problem and Rich (or whomever the owner is or so he claims) suggests he needs to charge a full price dianostic fee regardless of what you would hope would be a preferred customer (2k+ spent in 2016). Way better options .. Russell Road, sugar hill. Plus this goodyear isnt really good year according to Rich. He says if you had your spark plugs changed at goodyear, then unless that goodyear is within 25 miles, they do not honor the warranty .. what a joke of a place. Head elsewhere, not only better service, but better prices ;)

****SCAM ALERT**** Had my car towed to them about alternator and o2 sensor issues. The cause was a faulty wire that was blowing the alternator fuse. They swapped out a perfectly good alternator. FOUR DAYS LATER, I experience the same problem, and have to tow my car nowhere near them. They are not assuming responsibility for swapping out the wrong part. They want me to eat the alternator charge, pay to have the car towed to one of their associates. And if it isnt the alternator, and its the o2 sensor, then I have to pay for that too. $1200 for a $400 problem. These people are shady and dont know their catalytic converter from their elbow.

Richard is a rip off as far as employees goes, he hired me with the notion I was going to be paid for my experience and certifications, after my check I received working 70+ hrs he dropped my pay down to 10$ hr Wich is a far cry from 30$ hr without my consent. Richard had no respect for his employees I stayed very late one night to help a customer get their vehicle back running and safely home, I didnt get paid to stay 4hrs later than my normal hours of 6pm. Im not the first to walk out on him and Im sure I wont be the last!

This place is great. Brakes, engines, mileage service they treat you right. I loved the ethics here so much I made this my permanent shop for everything other than oil changes. You can still get quicker service of you need just an oil change at a place that sells only oil changes. Everything else you cant go wrong with Midtown Tire.

Car got check engine light with code P0171. My mom brought it there to fix the problem. They charged her 400$ on stuffs that is non related to the main problem, which is alignment, tire rotation service and other craps. They erased the check engine(without fixing it) because in less than a week the light came back on.

The diagnostic is definitely worth it. I nstead of throwing parts at the engine this tells you exactly what is wrong with what ever problem you are trying to handle. work also comes with a warranty and the staff is great !
