The first night I brought it in, they pulled the codes and said it would take about an hour to fix. I decided to wait at the store instead of having someone come pick me up. I waited at the store for over 3 hours (I was told it would take an hour), despite there being very few other cars being worked on. When the mechanic finished, he brought my car out. I went to get in and put it in drive and it immediately started shaking. I’m not sure how the mechanic missed this when he drove my car up, because it was very obvious. Then as I went to pull away the car started smoking. The mechanic told me he had spilled something all over the engine and it would be fine after I drove it a little. The car smoked all the way home. There were now two things wrong with my car that weren’t an issue before I brought it in. I brought the car back the next day to get the shaking fixed. I found out they forgot to put a strap back on the exhaust, or had done it carelessly. This was the cause of the shaking. The next day, I got in my car and the check engine light came back on, the whole reason I brought it in in the first place. Also, there was a belt that started squeaking pretty badly. I waited a few days and brought the car back in to get looked at for a 3rd time. Another 20 miles in gas, and another day without my car. My wife dropped the car off around 1:00. At 6:00, 5 hours after she dropped it off, I called to see how it was coming because we still had not received any updates. The guy on the phone said he would have Joe call me back within 5 minutes. Joe never called. I decided to come back again around 8:45pm. When I showed up, there were a few mechanics out back smoking, my car was the only car in the garage, and no one was working on it. I talked to a mechanic and he said the code was saying I needed a new gas cap, and they didn’t even look at the squeaky belt. I needed my car the next day, so I had no choice but to take the car. The mechanic brought it out and we opened the hood together. Not only was the belt still squeaking, but there was another very obvious noise that yet another mechanic did not notice. This time the he forgot to put the PCV valve back on. I am astonished at the lack of detail and effort the mechanics took in inspecting the car before they brought it back out. Also, my bill ended up being around $250, despite the 1 part costing around $25 on a job that was supposed to take 1 hour. I do not understand where the rest of the expense came from. I ended up having to make 3 trips, and go without my car for 2 ½ days. My car is in worse condition than when I brought it in. I am concerned there are other problems I haven’t yet discovered because of the carelessness done on the job. I do not even know that they diagnosed the problem correctly in the first place. It might have been a leaky gas cap from the beginning. I am very disappointed in the quality of work and customer service. I talked with Joe, the manager, and expressed all of my concerns. The7 did nothing to make it right. I will never go back. Dont go here.. Customer service was terrible and I got my car back in worse shape than when I brought it in!

They have had my car for 3 days now. I had it towed to them on Thursday morning around 10am with a wait time of 2 1/2 hours to have it looked at. We had a basic idea of what the problem was (The fuel filter had gone bad) So I went ahead and told them to do an engine diagnostic to confirm. After NOT hearing back for almost 6 hours, I called up to the store to be put on hold for 15 minutes while they did god knows what on the other end, because they come back to say, "uhhhh the mechanic is looking at it now, well let you know here shortly." LIES. The rest of the day comes and goes with no word what so ever from anyone. The NEXT day comes, I call up to the store again around 10am to figure out what is going on, AND I STILL DONT HAVE A STRAIGHT ANSWER!! Still telling me the BS about their mechanic running his last few tests, we will call you shortly. Again, I have to call them, NOT the other way around, FIVE HOURS LATER, and everytime I call to get an idea of how my car is coming along, no one knows anything, they always have to walk away and talk to John or Jimmy to get any clue. I finally got a phone call last night at 6pm saying exactly what we thought was wrong, is the problem. This took them almost 32 hours to even give me an idea of what was going on and what the problem is, now they have to order the part from an outside source (not a problem normally, but come on after 2 days of BS, NOW you want MORE time??) It is again 9am, on the 3rd day, and I still cant get a straight answer out of anyone. No one knows when the part should arrive, I cant get a ballpark answer on how long it will take to install, and I was even told I might not see my car until Monday. You are expecting me to fork out HUNDREDS of dollars for a service charge of what? you sitting and half ass fixing my car while my rates go up? Awesome service guys. "Thanks for trusting the Boys" is your slogan, well dont expect that anymore. This is my mode of transportation folks, bottom line, if you cant afford to sit on your rear end, or rely on friends for the next couple of days, steer clear of these guys. Incompetent is putting it lightly, lets actually see what the end result is. *Edition* It is now the end of the third day, I have been quoted 3 different times from 10am this morning, even once was asked they they prefer me getting my car at the end of the day, as opposed to getting in it the morning, when I dont have work. You want to work at your leisure but expect me to make sure I am on time? Now I have been told it wont be ready AGAIN, until tomorrow night.

**UPDATE AS OF 04/24/17 After having my crank sensor replaced by a REAL mechanic, to get my car to crank, I noticed my engine still pulling, or "fluttering" when I accelerate. So the mechanic told me that was a spark plug/coil pack issue. THATS FUNNY.... TOM SAID A TUNE-UP WAS COMPLETED ON MY CAR, AND THAT INCLUDED SPARK PLUGS... LIARS! So, my REAL mechanic replaced those, and did a tune up on my car. He ALSO REPLACED THE GASKET COVERS THAT TOM SAID HE REPLACED "FOR INCONVENIENCE I WAS CAUSED". BUT.... GUESS WHAT??? My mechanic said they WERE NOT replaced. They just had GLUE on them. MR. TIM NEEDHAM (DISTRICT MANAGER), I HOPE YOU READ THIS AND SEE WHAT YOUR MANAGER ALLOWED TO BE DONE TO MY CAR!!!!!!! **Update as of 03/24/17** I finally got a call back from Tim Needham, the REAL District Manager for PB. He was extremely nice, and actually listened to my concerns. He agreed to provide a full refund, so I will update once I get that. The representatives at the corporate office, and Tim Needham, seem to be the only ones with any sense at this company. They provided great customer service, unlike TOM NUCCI. **Original Review** This place is a freaking joke! Tom is the "manager" but he lets Nick do all his dirty work. Poor Nick probably doesnt get paid enough for that. Anyway, I dropped my car off on Saturday because it wouldnt crank. That was the ONLY reason. So they charge me an ungodly amount of money for a tune up. This was after it took them 24 hours to call me with a diagnosis. And my husband had to go up there and close my hood, because they never put it down CARELESS!!! So, I pay for my services and go on my way. Only to see the lights in my dash flashing, and my engine pulling and shaking as soon as I reach 40 mph. So back I go to get an earful of nonsense, like "Well, you just wanted us to get it to crank?" Yes, TOM, yes I did. But I didnt want to break down after that?!?!? So rude. Tom left while we were still there. He either went home, or off for a break, but left NICK to do his work... AGAIN. They say they will fix my oil leak that may be causing the engine to do whatever it was doing. But my husband went to get the car and it was STILL broken. I have filed a formal complaint with CORPORATE, because TOM "the manager" refuses to authorize a refund. For screwing up my car. I am also contacting all of the local news stations to expose these crazy people, and if I DONT get my refund, I am suing. Beware..... Everyone, BEWARE!!!!!
