Rick the Owner is such a Genuine Nice Guy. Nick and Steven who usually put your name in the computer and drive your car aroung were very personable. When they drove my car around they placed a Paper Floor Mat to make sure they didnt get dirty shoes in your car. They were very quick and had a lot of attention to detail. Nick up front initially told me it would be a 30 min wait and I was out of there faster than that. I sat and talke to Rick for a while and I gotta tell ya, those guys up there are more like friends to me than just the place to get my cars worked on. O before I am done I want to mention one other thing. Big T Tire has probably one of THE BEST MECHANICS I personally have EVER KNOWN. His name is Sean Kirby. Ive known Sean for a very long time and he is a freakin Machine when it comes to fixing cars....there is NOTHING he cant fix. He is the only one that i would trust to acctually tear down the Engine of my 2015 SUV and put it back together and I would drive to California and back without the slightest bit of worry. I had the pleasue of working with Sean, Nick, Steven, and Rick for a few years, With that being said. This is not a One Sided Review of Big T Tire. I own my own business and have 3 brand new vehicles and I will not take them anywhere else for service other than Big T Tire. I only trust Rick as the Owner and I only trust Sean Kirby to work on my cars.

As a woman I feel I have been over charged and taken advantage of at Big T tire. First I was told 35$ when I called and asked how much a high mileage oil change was. During the middle of my oil change they come tell me I need my air filter changed, I gave them the go ahead. They charged me 45$ for the oil change plus 20$ for the air filter. It came out to 75$ for a high mileage oil change and to change my air filter! When I asked about how much Steven told me on the phone he said he must not have heard me say "high mileage" The last oil change I had done there they stripped my oil pan turning my mild oil leak into a qrt. a day leak. Also, they did not do my fluid top offs. I get the small town feel from Big T tire that if I was from Dawsonville maybe I would get better service from them. But I am not from Dawsonville. I will not be taking my car back to Big T tire.

We are from out of town and had an emergency repair when the car started smoking badly. It turned out the front calipers were frozen, so we ended up getting calipers, rotors, pad and replacement of brake fluid. They also pointed out issues with 2 of my spark plug wires (was having problems with occasional jerking but did not know why), so they replace them and did a tune up as well as an oil change. All repaired and the car is running better than it has in quite a while. We had to put on over 1500 miles and we feel safe again. Always concerned when choosing a repair place under these circumstances but the concerns were not warranted. They were honest and did a great job.

I have been going here for awhile 1 they have always been on the rude side towards me. I may be a female but I know somethings about cars. I have spent well over 900+ dollars with them in repairs to my car. When I went in for an oil change and was told they didnt do my fluid top offs and I ended up having to spend more money that week to fill my fluids up when i paid for the oil change with fluid top offs, when i called them they were rude and didnt care. Id rather spend more somewhere else to people that actually care about customers. This place has HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT GO THERE

Had a tire off the vehicle that I wanted them to remove nail and patch from inside. They said they dont do that because it could damage the bead or tire pressure monitor!?!?! Said they would plug it for $10 or they could patch it for $30?!?!??! Called Kauffman Tire, they did it for free!!! Guess where Im buying my next set of tires!

They do more than just tires! The alternator in my work truck went bad and that drained the battery. Big T installed a new alternator, charged the battery and got me back on the road in no time. I was able to make it to my job, get it done and make my customer happy. But nobody was happier than me! Big T is awesome.

For those of you who have an EPS on your car and are being told only the dealerships can work on your car. That is not true. Big T has the tool for back brake pads. They changed my brakes on my Kia Optima. Shout out to Rick for making it happen! We will do service on all 4 of our vehicles with Big T!

There mechanics removed and installed my (2) rear window-motors and regulators, at a cost of half what other automotive repairs shops told me. They were also quick and reliable. I will take my car and truck to them from now on, whenever I need service. They have definitely gained a new customer.

Exceeded my expectations. Best price on coolant flush and extended coolant. Knowledgeable and friendly guys. My choice for preventative maintenance. Will try a tune up next. Stopped in because of advertised price on a sign and ended up bring 3 vehicles.
