110% recommend. I needed to get Summer Performance tires for my 2016 Mustang and Discount tires said it was going to take them a couple of days to get the tires. I called this location and Barbara took care of me. I was on the phone with her for less than 10 minutes, she ensured me the tires would arrive late afternoon SAME DAY and it ended up arriving around 1 PM, which is less than 3 hours after we talked on the phone. I was extremely late but they still took my car in. The tech that installed the tires may have gone beyond what was necessary on the car and I couldnt be happier. I will be coming back here. Thanks again.

We took my wife 2005 Mazda to have a tune up and to check brakes. While doing the tune up they broke 6 hose. And couldnt fine anything wrong with the brakes. Charging us $460.00. Wife and i went on vacation while driving brakes pedal went to the floor. Made it back home took it to Kaufman tire. Brake master cylinder needed to be replaced. and hose replaced. Will not take any of our cars back to Firestone for service or tires.

I had the worst service today. I love firestone but I will never go to this location again. The Lady attendant Barbra was rude, trying to add on extra charges and was not specific with what the issue of my car was. I understand making sales, but please dont do it at my expense. I got there at 8am but work did not start on my car till 1pm. James was ok, not too friendly either. Bad customer service, Im really dissapointed.

Needed a tire patched from previous nail puncture. Technician checked the other tires and found another metal puncture - is was evident if you looked for it but I dont know if anyone else would have checked. Got both tires repaired, although it did take 2 1/2 hours to do. Still, I am thankful they found the second puncture.

Maybe it is because I have a highly modified car, so they know I know what Im doing. But Ive had no problems here besides long waits if you go on the weekend. However make an appointment the day before and I was in and out in less than 45min for an alignment check and correction.

Very helpful people. I went in for two tires and left with four because of the fantastic service!! I added an oil change an did my alignment. Waited a little long but the service was worth it. Great job.

Online quote to mount tires 68.00 actually cost 112.00 advertised 69.00 alignment actually charged 79.00. If you advertise a price that is what you should charge.

Said I had a nail in my tire, took it somewhere else. couldnt find a nail anywhere. check engine light was not on before oil change, was on when after.

put wrong tire on my truck took two day to get right they did up grade tire but now back of truck bounces I dont think they balanced tires
