(SUMMARY- DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR TO SERVICE STREET) For some odd reason, the guys at Service Street on highway 124 near the Dogwood Road intersection in Snellville were trusted to replace the fuel pump on my 2004 Audi A4. Sounds like a simple task, yet resulted in a serious fuel leak and a lovely scratch all the way to the bare metal on my paint. I get the car, and despite being filthier than before (black grease on the door pull, sticky gear knob, my seat out of wack) the car did work, and worked fine. However, the car smelled severely of fuel. I get home, call them up, the guy says "a lingering smell should occur for the next few days." Keep in mind, this lingering smell could be identified with all four windows open, while driving, through my stuffy nose, a pretty serious linger, huh? Ok.. Regardless of his reassurance that this is normal, I back the car up on my ramps, and look at the tank, nearest to the fuel pump, for myself. Its covered in fuel. I dry up the fuel with a microfiber towel, assuming its just some spill from the repair. I travel two miles down the road, windows down, and the smell gets stronger. I leave the car for two hours, windows down, still smells when I return. I travel home, two miles, fuel range decreases from 220 miles to 180 miles (I know the fuel miles remaining estimates arent accurate, but not 40 miles inaccurate) then inspect the area where I saw the spillage of fuel. Its very, very soaked in fuel. A fuel leak, missed after the repair? Unbelievable. The car goes back to the shop, they check it out, say an Audi part is being ordered to repair the leak, and the cost and damage is on them. Sounds like great service, huh? Not quite, a fuel leak is very serious and should never have occurred to begin with. Unfortunately, this isnt the end of their damage. While the car was backed on my ramps, I noticed a fresh, powdery scratch on the rear passenger side door, the same door that must be opened to gain access to the fuel pump. I tell and show the employee working of the damage, he says "it was never near a lift" and "it was parked halfway out of a garage bay" and finally "theres nothing we can do." I am frustrated and he tells me that their general manager will be there in the morning, so I leave. Next day, after starting my Audi cold, and receiving a large screech from the freshly installed fuel pump, I arrive at Service Street Snellville. I speak with general manager about the scratch and he says "Our lifts are orange and the scratch would be orange if it hit our lift" then tries to show me that that is the case. I deny the opportunity and never get the chance to tell him that his employee said the car wasnt on the lift, and was instead halfway outside the garage bay, in between the two concrete walls. I move on to the fuel leak, and he points out the odor of fuel himself. I nervously leave the car with them again, worried that it is only going to get dirtier and treated with less respect than before, given this repair is being paid for by Service Street themselves..

I went to the place in December two years ago. I was planning to drive to Indiana a week later. So I wanted to do a check-up to make sure the car condition was good for that long-distance drive in the winter time. In the beginning, I mentioned to the rep the battery indicator lit up once recently. After the inspection, he told me the alternator needed to be replaced and gave me a quote which was around $800. He said I also needed to replace the timing belt. If I did it with the alternator, he would only charge one labor since the two parts were assembled together. I didnt take the offer on site, wanting to do some research at home. I went back and googled how to diagnose the alternator. Following the instruction online, I found the reading on the multi-meter fell in the normal range. In other words, the alternator held the voltage with all the things such as radio, heat, fans, lights were on load. I ended up driving to IN without replacing the alternator. Now two years past. The car still runs strong. I did change the battery afterwards for $80, the battery being used for three years. Also, I did go back to the place and communicated to the rep what I found when diagnosing myself at home. He insisted his conclusion nonetheless. The reason I wrote this review two years later is because today I was searching some place to change engine oil and ran into its site on google. I see a reason why they were rated 2.9. I just wanted to give other customer a heads up. Do some research online or get a second diagnosis is always a good practice nowadays.

BUYER BEWARE. I Went in for engine light on. I had the free code from autozone of a misfire. they said I had to pay their fee for their own diagnostic. they came up with same thing. 1 paid a lot of money for spark plugs and wire which they said I needed. I came back several more times that week as each time I turned the car back on from leaving the shop my light came back on. 1 time they showed me a broken hose on top of engine which now I wonder if if they didnt break it. but any way in the end they said they would credit me all I spent so far if I did a gasket replace on cylinder they charge $2200 but I would only have to pay a grand after the credits. I called around including a dealership they were much less w/out the credits and they said I may not need it. I went to another local shop and they charged diagnostic fee and found that spark plug in cylinder 1 was not replaced 1 the plug, which I have, is not shiny and new and they checked in another cylinder and then had problems there. after they replaced spark plug in cylinder 1 I passed emissions and I have had no other issue with my check engine light. I requested a refund they said no. I went through credit card , car credit, they filed a dispute and I received letter from this shop saying I was not entitled to a refund. they charged me for work not done and was willing to give me credit if I did other repair and gave more money. Very suspect. I will also be filing a claim with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THEY DESERVE NO STARS FROM ME. IF YOU GOT YOUR MONEY BACK LET ME KNOW HOW.

DO NOT GO TO THIS REPAIR SHOP!!!! YOU"LL REGRET IT!! I enjoyed the pick up service and they used to give good service. Recently I went to get my vehicle repaired to replace a catalytic converter since I failed my emissions test. They change the catalytic converter and then they ran the emissions test again. They said the O2 sensors needed to be replaced. So we approved those repairs. We get the car back and it sounds like a bicycle with a playing card in the spokes. So we take it back to them and they keep the car for four days. Were constantly calling during this time to have them tell us there is a leak in the manifold. We remind them they are the only ones who touched the car. They start saying they are ordering new bolts. It sounded like they stripped the holes in the manifold, because that didnt work. We get the car back and the car sounds worse plus my power steering system is out now. We call and complain. My husband had them put it writing that they are going to cover the damages. They suggested we take it to an exhaust specialist. There is no way they are going to get my $2200 to pay for a service that destroyed my exhaust system and caused my power steering to go out. This has been 3 weeks of hell! DO NOT GO TO THIS REPAIR SHOP!!!! YOU"LL REGRET IT!!
