If I could 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service from top to bottom. Service techs lied on receipt and said they did work done that was not done. Their shotty work caused other repair issues that had to be fixed at dealership. Manager and mechanic are some of the rudest people I know. Promised follow up calls and NONE ever came. Was lied to about that. Was promised some sort of resolution and it was never done. Lied about that as well. Said their parts do not fail, ever. Tried to upsell unnecessary work on brakes. Absolutely the worst oil change place I have even been to. Every time I call back, continue to lie about what was done and what happened. Will NEVER go there again.

I have 3 cars that I take there on a regular basis for maintenance. 2 of which are premium cars. The staff there is incredible, particularly the owner and his son. They always take care of my vehicles, they are meticulous and the price for the service is always reasonable. I have been going there for several years and when it comes to oil changes I will not take my vehicle anywhere else!
