I had All Phase install spray foam insulation and a new gutter system on our house in the summer of 2015. We have had issues from the beginning and are continuing to have issues. The products themselves seem to be great. The gutters and spray foam have had no issues themselves. It is the installation that is still causing us issues. Initially after the spray foam was installed the ceiling to our house had multiple nail pops in the drywall, most of the HVAC ducts were pulled down (they were hanging in the attic) and crushed, and the covering to the attic door was destroyed. After multiple no shows, reschedules, etc. the drywall, duct system, and attic door were restored to an acceptable state. We thought our issues were over. However, in November our roof started leaking. After investigation, including a roofer sent out by All Phase it was verified that the leak was caused by poor installation of the gutters. We learned intact that all of the gutters were hung improperly and needed to be rehung. After more scheduling issues the work was finally completed in December 2015. However, the drywall inside still needed to be repaired. We agreed to wait until hard rain to be sure the leak was fixed, By January 2016 we had several hard rains and I was confident the leak was fixed. I called to schedule the drywall repair and found the person I had been dealing with was gone. I spoke with his replacement, Randy, hoping for good results. It is now the end of February. I have been in contact with Randy frequently, constantly being told the repair will be scheduled within a week. He told me to stop calling and start emailing, so I tried that. No response at all via email so I went back to phone calls. When he says someone will be in touch within a week, I wait the week and begin trying to contact him. My phone calls are typically ignored and not returned. I do talk to him every few weeks and am told the same story again and again. This week. It has been over a week since Ive heard back from him and last time I was told within a few days. I am an understanding person and if I am told the truth I am pretty sympathetic. If I had been told that they were back logged and it would take a month or so to schedule I would have been more apt to accept the situation. However, at this point, I have been lied to over and over and over. It is not acceptable and completely unprofessional. Stay away from this company. Although they seem to have a good product, the installation will ruin your house and the customer service to deal with the issues is terrible at best.

Not once did I EVER say I used credit karma, but way to make an assumption. I have recordings of me speaking with your employees saying that they wouldnt be able to run her credit because the application was incomplete and because the rate that was offered was different than what we had originally signed. Continue to lie and blame your actions on the consumer. Now, your sales agents wont leave me alone and stop calling me to set up yet another appointment, even though I have told them to take me off their calling list at least 15 times. My review stands true. Your company lacks morals and values and needs to learn a lesson on customer service. One of the WORST customer service experiences I have EVER had. I set up an appointment with them for Sunday. They called the day before to verify.. Then never showed up. I called to let them know the sales rep never showed and they sent him out later in the afternoon. We ended up signing an agreement and were supposed to have someone come out to measure all of our windows for replacement. They never showed up again. NO call. nothing. I called their office on multiple occasions and was lied to over and over again. I let them know that I did not want my partners credit being ran without a new signed agreement at the lower rate that they offered. I was assured by 2 different women that they did not even have our paperwork in the system and would not run my partners credit until after they had received the signed agreement. This would have only been able to have taken place had we met with the rep that never showed up. Turns out they did run her credit and said she was not approved. This is impossible being that her credit is score is well over 700 and she makes plenty of money. They are a horrible company that doesnt have any ethics as well as a huge lack of communication and respect for so called valued customers. I would never recommend them to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. They lied to me on multiple occasions and hung up on me.

Over a year ago All Phase installed a new roof. In the process they destroyed the gutter screens on my roof. All Phase sent the roofer to my home twice to try to repair the damage they did. After repeated phone calls to the rep letting him know that the roofer was shoving the gutter screens under the new shingles. I was told that they didnt know what they were doing, and he would have another contractor to replace the gutter screens. It took a year after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which they ignored for months) and then filing a claim in court for All Phase to replace them. I was told I would receive a 30 year warranty on the new roof. I have called their office several times, and I have been told by Melissa and Mark that they would take care of it. To date, I have not received the 30 year warranty. I would not use any contractor that they recommend either. They referred one to me, and told me he was their best contractor to stain garage doors, and that they do a beautiful job. After about a month the stain broke down because it was not applied properly. The contractor admitted that they had never stained garage doors before and that the rep from All Phase lied about his qualifications. The contractor stated that if he had the money he would return it, but he said he didn’t receive much of what I paid him.

Called All Phase to come out for an estimate to insulate my moms attic. Selected them because of Trust Dale. Sales guy was there for an hour. He was pleasant. Did not bring a ladder so was unable to look in attic. Went outside to do measurement and said it was 1,800 square feet. Another company looked in attic and measured with laser and said it was 1,640. Gave me some prices for copper flect and blown in insulation. Price for blown in was $1,100.00 higher than a reputable company for the same R-38 insulation. Copper flect was $6,175.00 but they lowered the price to $5,000.00 if we agreed to be available for installation with a short notice, which means they are over charging for the product. Said he would send quote but we never received. A few days later a manager named Bill called and asked if I was interested in blown in insulation and wanted to know the lowest price I had received. I would not tell him because that is no way to do business. Told him I never received a quote from them and to please send quote with best price. We never received a quote and never heard from sales rep. Do not know his name because he did not have any business cards and never sent quote with contact info. Might be Eric. We hired another company to do the work and saved $1,100.00.
