Made it to my house just fine, but made the problem even worse. Concluding that 2 tampons in the drain were the problem (none of us use tampons, so they must have been from Christmas last year). Then when the problem got worse and we called them again, they said that all we had to do is stop putting tampons in the toilet and that would fix it. Needless to say we went to someone else.

Told us they would be here between 1 and 5. They showed up at 8:30. The woman on the phone said it would cost less than $100. They charged $175 to install a dishwasher and that was with $50 off for being so late. It took them an hour and fifteen minutes to do the work. I would never hire them again and I would never recommend anyone else using them for their plumbing needs.

Horrible! Customer service! Gave us the run around. Monica is very rude. They lie and dont communicate. Decided after a run around if lieing about times that we did not use. They need a lesson in customer service and management. Many plumbers out there and I wouldnt give my money to them.

This company is a family of con-artist they are snakes they soley care nothing more than lining there own pockets at anyones expense they claim to background and drugscreen the plumbers .....lies!!!! Second rate service at over rate price !!! Horrible horrible

I was got the service from these company. It really was no hornets for my restaurant and alway over price if compare with other company. And I will never call to get service again.
