If I could give less than one star I would. Do NOT spend your money with these guys. They are unreliable and unprofessional. I had a water heater that needed replaced and was going to cost me $2,000. Set appointment with tech for 2:30pm and he knew I had to get my kids from daycare. He also quoted me the job would take about 2 hours. I cancelled work meetings and got home by 2:30. They showed up at 3:50 without any phone call or notification that they were running late. For a customer about to spend $2,000 and a technician who knew I had to leave by 5:00 you would think I would get some kind of outreach to say "were off our original schedule." I had no hot water, no gas on in my house, etc and if another plumber couldve gotten me the next day, rather than 3 days I wouldve sent them home but I needed water so I could give my kids a bath. Moral of the story here is save yourself the disappointment and dont do business with these guys. They are horrendous! To make things worse, when I called to complain, they couldnt do anything for me. Couldnt even give me a supervisor until the next day. I cant wait to talk to them!

I contact Mr. Rooter to do a regular clearing of tree roots from our sewer line. In the past, plumbers have charged around $150. I asked what it would cost and was told their service starts at $99. When the technician arrived he told me it would be $450! I told him about the $99 quote and he informed me that was for a different type of service. I declined service at the new, elevated price but still owed a dispatch fee. I was very frustrated that they intentionally misrepresented their fees until they got on site and could collect the dispatch fee. After they left I found another plumber to do the job for $150. Save your time and money and call someone else.

Very bad Mr. Rooter experience. Be aware! We had an upstairs leak. They came out to “diagnose” the problem. They looked at the bathroom upstairs and cut an 18 inch hole in the ceiling above our kitchen table. They left (with the hole in the ceiling) saying it might be the toilet or maybe the vanity needs to be torn out. They charged me $229. I got a second opinion – New company said it was an OBVIOUS leak at the toilet and the part to fix it cost us less than $20! That new company did not charge me at all. Mr. Rooter will not refund any of my money!

This company is a complete ripoff! Terrible customer service. Damaged my new carpet with sewage and refused to clean it. They will attempt to scam you into purchasing their so called Advantage Plan for $99 or else you pay more for the service. Ill stick with Roto Rooter going forward. At least they provide professional quality service...

Josh the service tech was great. He was very professional, explained the problem and scope of work necessary to resolve the issue. He was able to swiftly repair my basement ceiling leak and made sure the area was cleaned up before leaving.

If You want Drug Smoking Thiefs In your House or on your property Then call Mr.Rooter. Dont forget if you need "SideWork" Done then Ask The Plumbing Tech "GUY WATSON" He is more Affordable and Give the same service for a lower price.

Very nice customer service... I guess when it costs $400 dollars to snake a drain. $59.95 for a deployment fee. The niceties are just lube before the rape. Home Depot electric snake rental $65
