John Coleman is a nice man and came promptly when we had a water leak. I was not pleased with the way he charged me. First he has you sign a section of the bill to cut a 12" hole into the floor ($245), then after that he has you sign the next section to do additional cutting ($185). He still has not gotten to the leak yet so if you do not sign, you are left with a hole in the floor and still have a leak. Luckily, the leak was simple (I could have fixed it myself), but he had me sign a third time and charged $45 for a $5 connection and 10 minutes to fix. At the end he added on a $79 service fee for a total of $554 and had me sign that. It took him over two hours, ($251/hr) mostly because he was slow and all his battery tools were dead. I would not recommend this company unless you dont have to worry about money. He seems like a good plumber and was recommended by my insurance agent.

I discovered a leak in the water line from the meter to my house. I called several plumbers, but Coleman Plumbing was the only company that could come out the same day. The gentleman from Coleman arrived when expected. Took the time to understand the issue, outline the quote and explain the process. Coleman contacted all the utility services that afternoon to ensure all utility lines were properly marked. Coleman was able to get started the very next day and complete the work. They did a great job and cleaned up the area after the job was finished. Overall good service for a fair price. I would definitely use Coleman Plumbing again.

I recently had Coleman perform a rough in job on my kitchen remodel and the job went flawlessly. The tech (James) was prompt, courteous & very informative/transparent about the the entire project and all facets involved. The price was fair and the work was impeccable. I was so happy that he cleaned up afterwards and honestly could not tell work had been done (He was that clean!). I had multiple plumbing lines moved & capped. I called on short notice and the job was analyzed, price agreed upon and job complete within 2 days. Very happy!

We recently had Coleman replace a water heater in our home. When I called to get an estimate the gentleman was extremely nice and asked many questions. I found their pricing to be very comparable to other plumbers. The service technician arrive on time, was very courteous and did a thorough and timely job. He even took the time to change the location of the line for me. I would definitely call Coleman again for any plumbing needs. It was a pleasure to work with them.
