I have known Mr. Wigglesworth for approximately 20 years. Mr. Wigglesworth is a good hard- working family man. I have used his services many times and have recommended his services to many. Mr. Wigglesworth has helped me out in desperate situations--and has NEVER taken advantage of me financially. On one occasion I had an appointment with him--and I was coordinating his services around the granite installers. The granite installers broke the piece of granite that went around the kitchen sink-which is what Mr Wigglesworth was to hook up. Mr. Wigglesworth was very understanding and rescheduled me promptly. Approximately three months ago, he installed a water heater for me. I have a very large water heater. They had my old one out and the new one up and running in about 3-4 hours. My most recent scare was a section of drywall became wet on my ceiling in the basement. I thought the absolute worst. Mr Wigglesworth came out and advised me that a hard rain had blew my vent pipe open and the rain came in through my vent pipe and that it would probably never happen again. Hes probably right. The house is almost 20 years old,and thats the only time its ever happened. He put my mind to ease. Mr Wigglesworth is the BEST plumber in town. Many times my bill has been less than he quoted. He knows plumbing inside and out. He wiil not do you wrong! I dont write a lot of reviews, but John and his crew deserve good ratings. I rate John Estes Plumbing a 5 star and would give them 10 if I could!

I dont leave many reviews but John Estes Plumbing has become my "go to" place for plumbing needs. Ive been remodeling a house and I feel Steve/John always do work, they always call me back quickly, schedule me quickly and take time to assess any other issues I have questions about that are not related to what I called for.

A man driving a van from this company just about ran me down in the parking lot at Eastland Shopping Center on Oct 1, 2009 about 1:12 p.m. I honked at this reckless man and he made a rude gesture back as he sped diagonally through the parking lot. He endangered myself, my baby, and everyone in the area.

I approached an apartment upstairs to inquire a knocking noise.The employee working on an apartment upstairs lied to me and cussed at me with no provocation. This company needs to hire new employees or a new manager altogether.

These guys have been working for me for 25 years....from when it was owned by Mr. Estes. They are professional, reliable, and extremely capable. Always a fun experience with excellent results. Highly recommend.

Quoted for $500 then charged over $700. Called him about it and he cussed me out. What kind of business does that? Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Needless to say I wont be dealing with this business again.
