Service on a garbage disposal was good but price was unbelievable. I asked for an itemized bill but they never responded. I was quoted 624.98 to replace my old disposal (you can buy the same disposal unit for 80.00) and when I told them it was too expensive they gave me a 50.00 discount. So ... I paid 575.00 just to have a garbage disposal replaced. No change in piping and didnt even replace the ring in the sink. They hung it off the old hardware. It took less than one hour (plus travel time) but without the itemized bill I asked for, its hard to say how badly they overcharged me. Steer clear of the Pink Plumber/Ames Plumbing.

I have used Aames Plumbing for two different jobs in the past 4 months. Everyone that I have had contact with has been wonderful, from their schedulers to their dispatchers and plumbers. I have been totally satisfied with their work and their prices. I specifically would like to recommend Fernando as a plumber. He is congenial, knowledgeable, professional, prompt and efficient. He is the one I ask for now for all my plumbing requests.

Called aames on Friday afternoon and they were available to come out and service our septic issue on Sunday, the plumber they sent Ant was awesome, very resourceful and helpful and knowledgeable, my husband and I were very satisfied with the service we received thanks- Amy Jordan

We were getting routine maintenance done, so we though. Once opened there was a bigger problem. Our technician Ant B. explained in detail what the problem was and what it would take to fix it... At the end of the day Ant fixed us up and helped us out with financial difficulties.
