Dont bother - save your time and money! April 21st they came out to inspect the issue. Checked both the bathrooms and couldnt find the source of the leak. May 9th: Plumbpros came back out and said the leak was coming from the cold water faucet in the guest bath. It took him all day to go out and get the replacement valve and install it. He initially was only going to replace the cold water valve and make me arrange a separate appointment to change the hot water valve and main faucet. Not only that, but at the end of the day, he didnt install it properly, and it leaks badly. Additionally, since I was told that was the ONLY source of the leak, I called the next vendor, to patch up the hole in my kitchen ceiling, only to find out that it was still leaking!!! The plumber had not diagnosed a second leak coming from the Master bath! May 22nd: Plumbpros comes out to repair the 2nd leak in the Master bath, again, taking hours, and tells me they need to come back a 4th time to repair their initial incorrect fix. May 26th: Plumbpros comes back out the 4th time and STILL does not fix their poor work. Thorsten, a "supervisor", promises that someone from Plumbpros will be in touch with me about either finding a replacement part, or fixing this issue, and that they will absolutely not leave me in this situation (it is quite dysfunctional the way the valves were installed), and its been almost a month and I have never heard from anyone. These are the worst plumbers I have ever had the misfortune of hiring.

Their pricing is a joke. Other plumber will end up costing 150 after a couple hours. For them, a couple hours equals 600. They fixed the issue, but tried charging $550 for 50 minutes worth of work (including conversation, estimate and payment). I talked them down to $350, which still seems exuberant. They made a burst copper pipe sound like a big deal, but had it finished extremely fast. I would not trust this company due to its prices and shady negotiations. I should have called for a second opinion. In addition, they shortened the copper pipe to the point that I cannot rebuild its enclosure. It was a shoddy job, but at least the pipe is fixed

We use Plumb Pros with our property management. They are always very professional and quick to get to our issues. We use them for jobs as big as re-plumbing a whole house to jobs as small as a leaky sink. They know how to do it all! Their techs are on time and work at a quick pace! We have been very pleased with them and their services and would recommend anyone that is in need of a good honest plumber to give them a call!

They fixed a leak under my driveway. They came out at an inconvenient time for an estimate. They had the best estimate, slightly beating the other guys. They were fast and used high quality pipe and provided a 10 yr estimate. The plumber was very professional and genuinely cared about the customer.
