We had a horrible sewer issue over the holidays. After trying two plumbers, the second recommended Assured Comfort. They had someone out within a couple of hours. While the problem was too serious to fix that day, they did provide a temporary solution. It wasnt perfect, but allowed us to stay in our home (with some help from a dear neighbor). On the day scheduled to repair the sewer, they arrived early, quickly found and repaired the problem. The estimate they quoted was the exact amount they charged. Their plumbers and support staff are professional and they honestly seemed to care about us and our problem. The first company we called, we have used for twenty years, and they said they could not send someone to even check the problem for two weeks. Our home would have been completely flooded and inhabitable by then. So, if you need an honest, reliable, professional plumber, look no further than Assured Comfort! We will only use them from now on.

Had a service tech out to the house for $39 to get an estimate on several things I wanted done. I asked for a breakdown in the estimate so I could see how much each specific job would cost. I got a general estimate for all. I contacted them, and they gave me separate prices on two things, when I had originally asked for prices on five things that we were considering fixing. Frustrated that they couldnt manage that one simple task, TWICE, I called another very well known and advertised company to come out the next day. They came out FREE of charge, and their estimate for those same two repairs was $1100 less, plus they gave me what I asked for which was a breakdown for all repairs. I wont be using this company. **on a good note, they were able to fit me in for the appointment immediately**

My air conditioning cooling went out on me on a Friday night. I didnt think I was going to be able to get a technician out on a Saturday but after a quick Google search I find a highly rated company named Assured Comfort. The tech who came to my house was Dan Pelletier and he was very patient and thorough in diagnosing my air conditioning problem. He found the problem and fixed it within an hour. Even though I was ruining his first week of colleg football for 2017, Dan was still very polite and friendly for someone working on a College Football Saturday. I will definitely be using Assured Comfort for all my A/C issues and preventive maintenance in the future. Awesome service!!!

We needed a whole new a/c and got a great deal to get the furnace for free. The salesman arrived and explained everything thoroughly and got everything moving. Two days later we had the installation of the a/c, furnace system, replacing a 27 year old Lennox system with another Lennox. They arrived on time at 9:00am and were planning to be here all day until 4:30 but had it completely installed by 2:00pm. The installation guys were awesome, friendly and informative as they were working. They cleaned up after themselves and were kind to my animals during the time they were here. We were thrilled with the results and over the moon with the great service. Thank you for everything!

First of all, a new HVAC system is exciting! David Yeager came by, showed us our options and we purchased two full units. Assureds crew came out a week later and brilliantly installed our A/C and furnaces. An exceptional job! Then, David came by about a month later and did a QC inspection. Needless to say the job was done right. And on a side note, David found an unrelated problem and helped us fix that! After ten years and many heat/air/plumbing "expiriences" we have made up our minds to use this company for every related problem we may have. A truly outstanding group of folks! Well done!

This being my first experience using Assured I was pleasantly surprised. My Technician John Sears was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about what issues needed to be corrected and how to prevent future problems. He reviewd everything with me making me feel comfortable with the work he was doing. My air stop working this weekend and John came within the hour on a Sunday! When he left I had air again!!! They are reasonably priced and if you sign up for the maintenance contract you save even more. I highly recommend Assured Comfort and especially John Sears as a Technician!

What can i say!!!! I cant find the right words to describe the amazing service I received from Bruce!!! (technician from Assured comfort). When the big names (companies) could not help me because it was a Sunday, this Angel called Bruce came to my rescue. He went above and beyond to help me and my household by addressing what I perceived as a dangerous Boiler/ plumbing issue . Our safety was his main priority. Bruce was extremely professional, thorough and paid attention to every detail. I will surely use their service again and again!!!! Thank you so much.

The tech arrived extremely fast and was very polite and professional. He checked my system and was very kind in the way he explained everything. Because of the circumstances, all he could do was eliminate possible issues--I had my regular HVAC guy come the next day--it ended up being the compressor which was covered by warranty! Because of the service and the punctuality--in addition to their honesty-I would definitely call them if there are any other issues! And I whole-heartedly recommend them! Jim Grieme

I called them out to originally look t my ductwork. Somehow the attention veered totally away from the ductwork to me replacing my AC unit. The technician (Nate) kept telling me that my AC unit was so old that he couldnt even find the serial #s on it; and that I was 2 lbs low on coolant/freon. I called for a 2nd opinion the next day. The new company took pictures of the serial #s on my AC, showed them to me on the unit, and also informed me that my AC was NOT leaking coolant/freon!!!

Like most plumbing problems, they happen on either Sundays or holidays. Mine was no different. I called Assured Comfort late in the afternoon, and someone was at my house to assess the situation within 30 mins. They shut off the old leaking hot water heater immediately, and came back first thing in the morning and installed a new replacement unit. The tech was very polite, clean cut, and was extremely neat. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing or HVAC needs.

Ive been having nothing but problems with my brand new HVAC system. Swapped out thermostats, swapped out fuses, condensation pump, you name it. Ive had 3 companies out here to look at it, and paid out the NOSE for it. These guys showed up, and in less than an hour, found a sporadic short in my 120V line in my compressor that had been causing problems for MONTHS. Its hard to find a good and trustworthy HVAC/Plumber, but Ive finally found one. These guys are solid.

We had a wonderful experience. We had a maintenance appointment and a follow up appointment to replace a part. Both visits were thorough and the representative, Ben was awesome! On the return visit he proactively asked if we were able to get the odd shaped filters and install properly. I indicated they had arrived, but we had not attempted to install. He installed for me and provided good information related to reorders. Loved our experience!
