Absolutely horrible! I havent come across such sloppy, unresponsive and incompetent customer service .I can handle rude reps if they make up for it with quality for, but sadly thats far from true here. I called them only because of the warranty service that came along with our new house. The plumbing system they installed(brand new and less than 2 years) has been giving us trouble ever since we moved in. I wonder why builders engage such companies at the risk of damaging their own reputation. I will lodge a formal complaint with the builder.

This company treats there employees terrible!! They tell there employees to resign instead of firing them and tell the employees they will pay the employees unemployment benefits knowing you cant get unemployment benefits if you resign. Do you want to hire a company like this that treat there employees like this!l No Christian values. They lie to you and treat you unfairly! !!

Rude people. Did not know how treat with customer. We have one year warrenty provided by Atalntic home. They said they will charge for the trip
