March 2016. I had a scheduled 3 hours window appointment for plumbing service. No one from company called or showed up. I had to call them and they advise that the plumber was tied up on a job before mine and would come by when he was done in a few hours. Again, no one called or showed up. I had taken the day off work to be home for the scheduled appointment. I called them and they made some lame excuse for not calling. They told me that they now could come out two days later to complete repair. I had to take a second day off work to be home. This repair only took 3 minutes. All they need to do was to replace 2 valve handle stems for a bathroom sink. I called and spoke with the general manager and explained my disappointment with his company and their unprofessional service. I requested that they refund my service call fee of 75 dollars. He advised that he would review my account and call me back. Im STILL waiting Sir. It is now a month later, no calls or letter of apology. Stay away from this company unless you want to be treated like trash. NOT DEPENDABLE!!!!!

Donnie is incredible. This is the 2nd visit he has made to my Bradshaw Farm home. Both times, he has identified and fixed my problem in a flash with no pressure of BS about additional problems that dont exist. The last visit, I called HERS & HIS after a nonsense estimate from another plumber recommended by a friend who told me I needed everything from a new sump pump to some return PVC unit totaling $1100 for parts and an additional $500 for labor. I showed him the door and called HERS & HIS (which I should have done originally). Donnie came out, dug up the exit 6" RETURN PVC just outside my front door and BINGO...there was the clog that came gushing out. $56 service call....and its a done deal. STAY AWAY FROM DUPREE PLUMBING AND CALL HERS & HIS. Ask for Donnie. He looks like ZZ Top but he loves country music.

Hers and His plumbing were called out as part of my 2/10 home warranty. The service man made a poor attempt to fix the problem. Even when I and the home warranty people suggested he try the drain line outside the house next to the kitchen he wouldnt, telling me its a stoppage on the citys end. Turns out that that was the problem. We found that out when 2/10 warranty sent out certified plumbing of Georgia for a second opinion. That service mans name is Greg and he made every attempt to fix the problem and not pass the buck and leave the job site without exhausting every possible problem. After an hour or so our problems were fixed. I would never ever recommend Hers and his, use certified plumbing of Georgia. They work to fix the problem as if it was their home having the issue.

I was a little hesitant to use Hers &His based on the reviews but Im glad I went ahead and used them anyways. The plumber that came to my house was Chad. Very professional, came on time, came prepared and was very thorough! Defiantly knew what he was doing and fixed our plumbing issues in a timely manner. On top of being friendly he cleaned up after himself and left our house as clean as it was when he showed up which is a big bonus in my book. If the rest of the plumbers they have are half as good as Chad then I would defiantly use Hers and His again if I have plumbing issues in the future( Lets I hope I dont!).

I would give 0 stars, but its not an option. Water heater went out a week ago, and we havent had water for a 6 days now. I was confirmed for an appointment today, and I called today to make sure they were coming and I was told that they did not have any technicians available for a couple days. Im sorry, but if this business cant stick to a commitment, then they dont deserve any business!!!

Came to our home to service our garbage disposal under American Home Service contract. Then installed a drier vent pipe and charged me $450 for 1 hr. labor & $20 in materials. Promised to issue 50% credit but 20 months later and WERE STILL WAITING. Use this company at your own risk

This is the worst company I have ever used. They never show up, I have not had pluming in my house for a month. This company said they would show up .They rescheduled me more than once and I have taken days off of work waiting for them to show up. No not use this company.

Came to my home to fix shower faucet and sink faucet in other bath. Long story short neither was fixed. We were told that the wrong screw was in the shower faucet and that was incorrect. Brought the same faucet from Lowes and it came with the same screw.

This company is not professional does not call and confirm appointments . Not equipped with video equipment . They make appointment with you for one day call and cancel hours later and then make an appointment for the next day
