Needed a water heater replaced. I called Schneller because they had excellent reviews. My experience in a nutshell: Tech came out promptly and was thorough and respectful (on a Thursday). I had some unique requirements in my closet, so he said he would do some research and email me a quote later that day. By almost the end of the day I had not received anything, so I called the tech and politely asked for an update. He said he had already emailed the quote, but said he would resend it. I still did not receive anything. I call him the next day (Friday), he did not answer or return my call. I called Saturday, Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) and Wednesday and left polite voicemails just trying to figure out what was going on. He did not answer or call me back. On Wednesday after being ignored since the previous Thursday, I called the main office and the woman who answered the phone said she would tell her manager the situation and have him contact me later that day. He did not call that day, the next day, or Friday. I called the office again on Friday and the woman said she was very sorry, that the manager had a family emergency. That is fine, I said, I understand. She then told me she would contact the original tech and call me back that afternoon for sure to update me on the situation. It is Sunday and still not one person from this company has contacted me. I feel extremely disrespected and will be taking my business to another company who values new customers.

We have an old house that had some very screwed up ducting, 1st floor returns that were connected to the 2nd floor unit, our 2nd floor only had 1 return and no supply or return in out daughters room. Joe and his team did a fantastic job of explaining what needed to be done and why and how much it was going to cost us. After the initial round of work everything was working great (this was around January or February 2017). A few months later after we started using the A/C we noticed the 2nd and 3rd floors were not getting cool. Called Joe and he came out that day to check our system. He said that we may have a crack in our coil and he would get a crew to come out that day to diagnose it. It was a cracked coil and we had no refridgerant left in the A/C unit. They came back the next and replaced the coil, refilled the A/C unit and tested the system. They also informed about a payment plan that had with Green Sky. I have already given Joes number to 4 of my friends and will continue to pass along his number. Joe was incredibly helpful and his crews were very friendly and very professional. We are very happy with our experience and will always recommend them.

I was referred by a family member to call Schneller for my heating problems. My heating unit was blowing cold air. The receptionist was very friendly and informed me she would have someone call me right away. A gentleman by the name of Eric returned my call. He had provided me information on their procedures and what I should expect. He also told me he was booked for the day, and he was going to try to make it to my home. Eric kept me up to date on his status throughout the day. It was about 10:30 at night and he wanted to come to my house to fix my problem. He was very determined and I respected him for going above and beyond to service his clients. He was very respectful and was walking me through his safety inspections. Eric found the root of my problems very quickly and was able to take care of it the same day. I will definitely recommend anyone to Schneller. I am very satisfied with their work and service!

We just had our furnace serviced by Alex B. of Schneller Plumbing & Heating and I cant say enough good about him. We had a problem that appeared a couple of years ago and was serviced by another company who didnt think having a melted piece was a serious problem. After Alex serviced our air conditioner last spring and noted there was a problem on the furnace, he said he wanted to check it out before we needed to turn the furnace on in the Fall as he was very concerned. So he came yesterday and spent hours working on it and found the problem. Alex is very professional and explained things as he went and answered all of our questions. This is a great company and very trustworthy. We used them last Spring for the first time and signed a contract with them. I think it is comforting to know they do plumbing too in case we are in need of a plumber.

Quick service call. Furnace stopped working on Friday morning in my office. Called and service tech arrived in the same afternoon. He promptly found the problem, but did not have the part on his truck. A common problem with the Trane furnaces. He drove to the parts store and returned that evening to complete the fix. Furnace is working fine. The part failure was under warranty but I was charged for the part(warranty pressure switch). Then diagnostic analysis and part acquisition fee. The fees are what he quoted and I needed the furnace to work so that I could work. I would think that a common part would be kept on the truck. Alex was honest and dedicated. He diagnosed the problem and was able to solve it in the same day.

The overall experience with working with Schneller was great. Working with John through the pre-sales details, and getting any questions I had answered quickly was great. I appreciate that John spent the time to do a Manual J load calculation on my house to ensure the proper sized equipment was quoted and used for my install. The install techs did a great job and I was happy to see them protect my hardwood floors and carpet floors in the basement during their time in my home. The installers were professional and answered all questions I had about the equipment and install details. Overall I am very satisfied with my decision to use Schneller and the quality of the equipment installed.

Called at 4:00 on a Friday and Chad was at the house by 5:00 to auger the inside floor drains. This wasnt considered an after hours call, the initial plumbing fee was waived as part of the overall service charge. Chad took the time to explain how the backup happened, what was the most likely cause, and gave suggestions for prevention and repair. He was very patient in answering my questions, and was considerate of my home, asking for the back entrance to prevent dragging his auger through the carpeted areas. Great service, great technician, very pleased with my first experience with Schneller. (Called initially because they advertised locally with my church... they are now my 1st choice!)

The supply line to my toilet was leaking and then began spraying everywhere. After shutting off the water supply to the house I called several plumbers and was told no one was available until tomorrow. I looked up plumbers online and saw good reviews for Schneller, explained my situation and was told it would be later in the afternoon but someone would come. Loren was there within an hour, fixed the problem and was finished within in 30 minutes. Phenomenal service. Just an FYI, they do charge an $89 diagnostic fee which is NOT applied to any services you have done. Despite that fee, it was well worth it and I will definitely call Schneller again with any plumbing issues.
