Please find another plumbing company. Mike Smallwood of C & R Plumbing is untrustworthy and prices are unreasonable for job. $350 to replace water shut off valve behind toilet and to open up the ceiling to see where the leak was coming from. It was suppose to be a free estimate but he didnt say that if they open ceiling to find the problem there would be a charge of $200 for that or I would have told him not to or to go ahead and I would have known upfront. I know they have been in business for a long time but that doesnt mean they have good business practices and morals. Also when I spoke to Mr. Smallwood he told me to PRAY about not using their company again. I hardly ever write reviews but I was so highly offended by Mike Smallwood and his comments that I just dont want anyone to be caught up with him and his poor business practices. Update: I spoke to Mr. Smallwood today and he has been accommodating to make good with the pricing of the plumbing job that was completed at my home.

Worst plumber ever! I hired him to inspect existing plumbing pipes, test for leaks, and complete my job. He pulled the permit quickly and then took forever to complete the work. After the city inspection failed his work, he told me that he never initially tested for leaks because it was a 1/2 days work and demanded that I pay him for the time hes worked even though he was never supposed to be paid until he passed the inspection. In my best effort, I tried to be civil and get him to complete the work to pass the inspection. He clearly didnt know how because he quit!! DO NOT CALL THIS PLUMBER.

C & R Plumbing is the best company in the metro Atlanta area, It has served thousands of customers since the 1962s. This company has done a lot of plumbing for me. The owner has a lot of knowledge in the plumbing industry, and he communicates very well with his customers before, during, and after the job is complete. Best Company around, will use this company every time.

Will and Mike were amazing!!! They showed up quickly, broke down a wall cabnet, fixed our shower,put the cabinet back together, cleaned and were gone. Very nice and professional!! Highly recommend their services

My kitchen sink would not drain. So I called C & R plumbers. They came over in a timely manner, and routed it out. Its running clear now, didnt take long, and was reasonably priced.
