We contacted Heimler Heating, Cooling and Plumbing when our air conditioner broke during Julys peak heat season. Heimlers president, Deb, gave us a timely appointment to address the malfunction. Scott, the companys principal, was exceptionally responsive in completing the service call, assessing our plan of action, and accommodating us in the schedule as soon as possible. He demonstrated remarkable kindness by lending us a portable air conditioning unit to cool the master bedroom until the replacement was performed. He also called to follow-up the night of the replacement service in order to make sure everything was well. We appreciated Scotts thoughtful, straight-forward approach, and his professional teams prompt and diligent efforts to help us stay cool during the unforgiving summer heat. Scott is a knowledgeable and expeditious provider for resolution of HVAC issues.

Charge $39 to give an estimate of repairs. Estimate came in at $986 with a replacement of a line that Scott said was where the gas leak was occuring and other repairs. Called another licensed GA HVAC company for second opinion. The second company repaired the gas leak during initial visit and gave estimate of $200 for repairs. The gas leak was not where Scott at Heimler said it was. Saved $750 by getting a second opinion from an honest and reliable company (Accuair). Heimler is a rip off and will take you for everything they can. Do not use them - get a second opinion and estimate.

My old upstairs AC/furnace died and I had Heimler replace it with a modern heat pump unit. Scott Heimler actually took the time to meet with me several times before I actually purchased the system. This company is knowledgeable, reasonably priced and I get the same technician EVERY SINGLE TIME. I wont go anywhere else and neither should you.
