Of all the Rubys this location is my favorite. I usually just go to get my eyebrows threaded (for $6), and am very particular about what I like. I have never found anyone who can get it exactly right, because of this scar on my eyebrow. However, whenever I come here, not only do they remember me, but they do it just how I like. They also provide many other services, such as hair cuts, facials, waxes, up-dos, and henna. I would recommend making an appointment, as they get backed up sometimes. I went one afternoon and had to wait for 40 minutes, but thats on me for not making an appointment. I do think they could improve on the vibe of the place. It doesnt give you a relaxing/spa feel. It feels more like a barber shop, where you go to get in and get out.

Worst parlor, I have been visiting thier from last yearbut offlate they ve been treating thier customers so badly , even after taking appointment , they would treat yu as a walk in and would not feel sorry for it ... one suggestion ... if they have less staff then should take accordingly otherwise they keep loosing customers , like I did

A must visit salon for threading, waxing and hair treatments!! I am going to this salon from past 4 years and I have never face any disappointments regarding threading and waxing and hair!! Try it once for sure and you will feel good once you tried it out

They have no respect for customers time. There was too much waiting time every time I visited. They do not honor appointment times and give preference to people they know. Very bad experience with waxing and threading. The hygiene is really poor.
