I really enjoyed my experience today at the Lunatic Fringe Salon in Sharonville, OH. It had been so long since I had a haircut, and I knew I needed to get the dead ends trimmed off. I was able to use their convenient online form to request an appointment for this evening and they were able to fit me in, which I really appreciated since many salons make you wait so long for an appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by the owner Greg and he offered me a complimentary beverage, which is excellent customer service. This salon seems to really go above and beyond to make sure customers are comfortable and happy. My stylist was Paige and she was really great. She was so friendly and personable, and she made me feel really at ease. I enjoyed chatting with her as she did my hair. She seemed very knowledgeable about the products she was using. She used their new Kerastase products, which left my hair feeling really soft and smooth. The shampoo also smelled really floral and amazing which I loved. I think that my hair looks great, and I was really happy with the experience. This place definitely deserves five stars because not only do they do great hair but they also have excellent customer service and a comfortable atmosphere with great ambiance. I definitely plan on returning when I need another hair cut.

I am new to the area and was in need of a color and cut in a major way! I normally depend on the comments from "the top ten salons" when doing a Google search each time we move. This is how I came across the Lunatic Fringe Salon. The staff at this salon are more than just employees, they are now like family because that is how they treat you the minute you walk in the door. My stylist was Paige who is adorable and fun but most importantly she actually listened, gave her ideas and between the two of us, we were able to come up with a very nice solution to my issue! """MY HAIR"""(which was a scary mess) Needless to say I walked out feeling younger and beautiful!! To add to the fun they have a separate room that they wash your hair in that plays relaxing music.... You all know you love the hair washing and scalp massages that you get when going to any salon, the dimmed lights and music takes it to a whole new level!!!! I am a huge baby and have tears every time I have to get the eye brows waxed Ashley did them for me and I had NOT one single tear!!! Jeannie and Greg who were also there that day were a hoot to talk with! I will not only be a regular at this salon but I recommend it to anyone who might be in need of some pampering.....

I had a delightful visit!! Ive watched Paige Soellner grow up in our neighborhood. She has matured into a wonderful woman and friend. She changed my look, and I have gotten a whole lot of compliments on the new hair style! 2 Granddaughters even noticed!! Paige is patient, ever so quiet voiced, and really loves what she is doing. Shes so responsible!! Im very proud of her and glad she persued what she felt in her heart. I think shell go very far in this business, too. Her Boss greeted me as if wed known each other for a while. That was comforting, too. This Salon seems very peaceful. Quite pleasant to be there. It was my first visit! And perhaps not my last!! Paige took me in, while my hairdresser of over 20 yrs was vacationing. I appreciate your help and quick response, Paige! Theyre very lucky to have you. May you always continue to appreciate your works! Remember, you are also an Artist.

Ive found my new salon! I was a walk in on a Thursday evening about 45 minutes prior to closing time. I asked if they had any availability for a cut and they sat my right down. I was offered a drink and it was brought to me almost the second I sat down. Trina asked exactly what I was looking for (a cleaned up feminine looking mohawk) and she got to work. She shaved down the sides first and then shampooed my hair. Can I just tell you that the head massage that Trina gave while washing and conditioning my hair was seriously the most relaxing thing...and I get a massage every couple of weeks! Lunatic Fringe is a great little gem in Sharonville. Everyone is beyond friendly and I cannot wait to go back. They have the Olaplex treatment that I hear is pure magic! Thank you Trina and everyone at Lunatic Fringe. Ill be making my next appointment soon!

Ive been going to Lunatic Fringe Salon for about a year, and I absolutely love this place!!! I have always had difficulty finding a stylist because I have curly hair (medium-length). Usually, salons will say they have someone who specializes in curly hair, but when I go, I quickly find out otherwise. I was a walk-in my first time at Lunatic. The associate at the counter recommended that I let Audrey cut my hair since she has curly hair herself. Even though I was skeptical, Im so glad I did because she is the BEST stylist Ive ever had!!! My hair always looks amazing after she cuts it. She also blow dries it straight using a round brush, and it looks great. No burning it with a flat iron! I highly recommend this salon. Its a very clean, organized, and hip place that treats their customers like friends.

I hadnt been to an actual hair salon in about a decade but the second I walked in Lunatic Fringe I felt at home. The atmosphere is wonderful. I was offered a drink as soon as a arrived and made super comfortable at every step in the process. My stylist, Chloe, did an amazing job with my hair from the color to the cut. My hair definitely needed some TLC and it felt so great when it was done that it actually felt like she had replaced my hair with someone elses, the improvement was that remarkable. Chloe is very personable and fun to talk with and super passionate about making someone look their best. She is definitely talanted! I scheduled my next appointment right away. If you are looking for a new salon you definitely want to give this place a try! A hidden gem right there in the heart of Sharonville.

Love, love, love!!! This was the salon experience that I had always hoped for!!! Everyone was extremely friendly, upbeat, professional, talented... Jennifer was my stylist and she was incredible! She really truly listened what I was wishing for in my hairstyle, and and what my hair concerns were. Jennifer personalized the service, and showed me which products would benefit my hair concerns and styling wishes. After my color, cut, and conditioning treatment with Jen, it was like having a new head of hair... it was so beautiful! 10 days later, and I am still loving the color, cut, and texture of my hair. Jennifer is very creative, artistic, beautiful, and caring! I thank Jennifer and the Lunatic Fringe Salon for everything, and HIGHLY recommend Lunatic Fringe Salon and Jennifer!!!

I wish there was a sixth star because my experience with Lunatic Fringe, namely Ashley Olson has been just that! I used to "cut" my own hair and it ended up looking like a trapezoid. No joke. I was shown the enlightened path to letting an actual professional stylist not only cut but style my hair in a spectacular way. Never again will I butcher my hair, honestly it looks too good to mess up thanks to Ashley. Really folks she is awesome! Her warm personality and creativity are the tools she keeps beside her along with her shears, combs, and other instruments that I have no clue what they do. Better that I dont.
