Everytime I visit this location, the results are beyond expectations!!! Ive been visiting this location for a long time. Just like any service providing businesses you have to find the Person that fits your needs. (They have old school stylist who do press outs and dinger waves, they have people who specialize in frontals, they have people who specialize in natural hair,so depending on what you want is how you find your stylist)I always notice negative feed back regarding prices and I guess you would have to get a clear understanding of them. So basically the prices are. a-la-cart (each service is separately priced) and for me that works great because if I dont want curls and cut why would I pay for it? So basically I look at like burger king have it your way if u want extra pickles it may be a small fee.. when I get a weave it comes with a shampoo and basic cut and style (I guess thats a trim and they a bump/flat iron) If I get it cut like layers or get curls depending on the size of the curls its like 15-25 $ I think.. And I notice that they have started charging for natural hair which I was a little confused about until the manager explained to me the reason. But this is my understanding of the natural hair fee.. if you have really city hair(natural) it takes them a little more time then the basic $50 see in, they have to blow it out straight so it can easily be braided and also have to use smaller braid patterns usually . As opposed to straighter hair or relaxed which you just can do a quick blow dry and braid down.. so to save the $10 additional fee I would just come straighten and ready to go if I were u. And I have been coming for years so ive watched many stylist come and go but the same General theme remains! They guarantee their service so I may have had one service that was what I particularly cares for but I called the owner and she told me to come in and get the style I wanted for no extra fee.. I didnt feel any negative attitudes or anything its like they just wanted to make sure I was satisfied.. I have been to buck head and had my weaves done for $200 and yea it was ok but I received basically the same service for a sew in at the union city location for $75 .. so yes you get what you pay for but quality is not lacked if I want a lot of extra services or a certain style I can expect to pay a little more but if I just want a quick install I know I can go here and be just as satisfied ! And when I tell you all you have to do is call the owner if there is a issue (lyn) I think thats her name but she will make sure its right!

PSA!!! Warning!! Go at your own risk. If I could give them zero stars I would. I went there to get a sew in because my stylist was booked. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!! They claim they dont give refunds but they have a guarantee posted on the window. I was told one price and paid another. It hasnt been 24 hours and my tracks are coming out. They were coming out yesterday. Every track in my head is loose. The stylist sewed a track on my leave out. My closure looks like something an amateur stylist would do. Theres a gap in the top of my head and the tracks are exposed. I called and complained and was directed to the owner. Nonetheless she didnt respond. Im going back up there today. I need my money back. Not only is my hair a mess but I cant reuse this hair. I will never in life go back to this place!!! If you want a reasonable stylist who does quality work look up hairbyshugatl on Instagram... IF IM ABLE TO POST PICS I WILL!!! DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS BUSINESS!

This place is a waste of time. I called ahead to make sure I as well as my daughter could get our hair done. I called at 1:30 to ask all my questions. I explained that I got off work at 4:30. I was told as long as I was there by 5:30 that I would be fine. I arrive at 5:15 and they have the nerve to say we not taking anymore people today. I wish I would have known that before driving all the way out to UNION CITY from ATLANTA. Customer Service definitely aint a strong point. I will NEVER go back there. Only wanted yo give them a try after hearing good things. First Impressions last forever stupid people. Hope this was a lesson learned. I DONT LIKE BEING LIED TO

Poor customer service. I recently went in this past week for my ends to be trimmed. Instead my hair was cut uneven. When I went in today to voice my concerns and of course receive my 40 dollars back for a shampoo and trim ends. I was met with unprofessional behavior. The receptionist trying to convince me that my hair isnt cut uneven and its in it natural state. Mind you I am natural which means all of my hair is in its natural state. The owner did the same and offered free services. Of course they dont offer refunds!!! I wanted my money back I had no need to continue to receive horrible from the establishment. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!

Well I want to give you my honest , for this salon.. Ive been a few times and Ive had a few different stylist, I usually make sure I tell them what and how I like my weaves . And thats never seems to be a problem. For example dont like all my braids straight down to the back , so I ask for 2 circles .. far as the customer services I usually receive pretty good customer service sometimes when they are busy (fri &sat ) find that I may dont get greeted as much but Im sure its because theres so much going on I dont think its because they are rude.. I read someones review where it said its a day care

If I was rating this salon solely off of my hair stylist It would be five stars! Vee (Vakera) every single time does my hair amazing, to the point that I dont even have to look in the mirror because I know my hair is everything lol I never let anyone but her touch my hair, found her almost 2 years ago and its a blessing! Everything about my service with her is consistent and the atmosphere of the salon has a really "homey" feeling, and I appreciate that. I recommend Vee to absolutely anyone who is looking for a great hair stylist!

I took my wife here. Her sew in came out great but it was a little tight. So we had to call and ask for mgmt. To make a long story short, mgmt is on point and very understanding. Had my wife to come back within 24hrs and took her hair down, washed it and did another style for the time being. Not many mgmt will do what she did. The manger WORKS as well as the stylist. Wife also said she washes hair very good. Felt like a massage. 5stars bc of customer service. Ill be bringing her back!!!!!
